Charge of 160.48 on credit card and did not download
Ordered Norton 360 Version 2.0 Upgrade/PC Jumpstart Service product key TBQ87B96F847C3CKWPJ77CM69 Product Serial # VJBFXVW624QH plus extended Download Service on Feb. 15/09. I was billed on my February Visa $l60.48 to cover cost of same. To date I am still receiving messages that my Internet Security has expired. I would like for the above mentioned product to be immediately installed that I will have protection on my computer. Carol Ann Hansen

Charged twice
On 11/19/08 renewed my Norton Virus coverage for another year and was billed by the above company for $56.98. I demand a credit to my credit card for this unauthorized use.

Overcharged
I went on line to reup my Norton for 2 yrs and I have been charged twice for the same service. How do I get this straightened out ?

charged money and don't have the product
bought the product trought the internet for virus was charged 58.98 and i can get in the website to dowload not even to get in costumer services, i'm very upset and want my money back on my credit card.
