On Feb.10 2009, I attempted to purchase Protection for my new laptop (Norton). I completed the transaction, however the battery on my computer was low I attached the charger. Feb 11, 2009, I turned on my computer and was prompted to sign up for Norton, again I completed the transaction.
I did not realize until my Credit Card Statement arrived that I had mistakenly ordered Norton twice.
I have talked to my Credit Card Co. about the duplicate charge they suggest that I, call DRI*Symantec.
I have not been successful in locating a phone number or address to inform DRI*Symantec HP Mobile www.myord.com MN. of this error.
I request that the Duplicate charge be credit back to me. A timely response is appreciated.
