I tried to download norton anti virus without success...after several times trying to get help I finally closed the program...so I thought...now my credit card bill comes and I was charged $39.99 and I want to know how I can get this removed from my bill and no one answers your phone # listed and after reading these other complaints I hope this matter can be settled...I went to Staples and purchased the Norton product and downloaded it immediately without problems and while I was there shopping heard other customers complaining about the website download...now I know why...please advise as to what other steps I need to take to get this matter solved...thank you...Jan Ehrmann ...email [email protected]..
