Charges applied to my credit card from this company which were not authorized or ordered. I intend to advise my credit card company that I will not be paying these charges, that your company charged without proper authorization!!! I SEE THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME YOU HAVE DONE THIS!! YOU HAVE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER CREDIT CARD (CHASE CREDIT) CUSTOMERS AS WELL1!!! I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER. THANK YOU

I was charge 44.95 and I did not purchase anything. I do not even have Micro trend on my computer anymore. I would like to have this money back. Who do I need to talk to?

I made a one-time order for internet security a few years through Trend Micro. Since then, I received an email to renew my subscription, but I did not authorize this renewal. I do not want these charges on my credit card if I didn't authorize it or take any action to renew.
