	k wilson July 17, 2010 did not order I did not use my credit card for any item on the first of July and I don't know what this could be for. This charge is unauthorized for the amount of $44.95. Please let me know what the charge was for. I have no other information other than our credit card bill. Please reimburse me for these charges.

	klharman January 4, 2010 OVERCHARGE I made an online purchase nov. 10 to continue my trend antivirus coverage...the order was to be charged at $31.95 as per advertised upon purchase...however, my credit card reflects $39.95..which was actually more costly than if I were to purchase the disc and download myself...I have tried on several occasions to get a representative to assist me...with no success, I hope someone will acknowledge this email and help me.

This is not a renewal, nor an original purchase, I have never done business with you and want my money returned immediately!! I also have no issue in contacting the attorney general in this matter. I realize that the amount of money we're talking about is fairly small but it is the principle. I have never chosen to do business with you and you have stolen from me. I look forward to a speedy return of this money.

I did not receive any communication regarding whether I wanted to renew this subscription which I do not. This unauthorized transaction was made on 10/10/09. 	William S Grant June 4, 2009 Double billed On May 02, I was billed $39.95 USD, which, if subscribed before May 16, was issued at that price. However, on my statement for May, I was also billed on the 12th May $44.95 USD for the year 2009-2010. 	angie April 13, 2009 double billed I received emails stating my service was about to expire in April that I had to renew my subscription, so I did on my Capital one card then I received my bill from Sears MC and I was charged again on that one. I would like to have this fixed asap.
