When checking my accounts on a friends computer because I have not set mine up since 9/20/10 when I moved, I discovered a charge for virus protection I didn't order for a computer I am not using. The charge for $35.95 was made on 12/17/10 on my Visa card. I want a refund immediately. Thank you for any help.
