Credit card charged for item not ordered . I have complained to the cc company. I think this is fraud.
I believe this was a hidden charge on form ordering another item. I was just authorizing payment on shipping charges only. I have contacted my cc company and disputed the charges. The phone number offered is not answered after 12 hours of calling.

Unauthorized charges on Credit Card
I too have had unauthorized charges to my credit card for this Green Tea product. I contacted my bank and they gave me a phone number for the company. I called the company and was told that because I did not call to cancel within the 14-day trial period, I was charged for the product and had agreed to automatic shipments and charges. I have returned the second shipment and supposedly I will see a credit on my credit card in 7 - 10 business days. I will just have to wait and see if this actually happens.
For those of you who would like to contact the company, the phone number is 1-866-540-9633. The Customer Service Rep I spoke to was located in Illinois. If you do call, be prepared for resistance but don't back down from them.
On another note, I used the product for approximately 6 - 7 days and developed migraine headaches, something I never had in my life. I stopped using it and they went away and after a few days, I tried it again and they returned. So if anyone using this product is suffering from migraines or visual disturbances, stop using the product.

My credit card was charged an unauthorized payment.
My credit card has a charge of $69.87 that I never authorized. I only ordered a sample that was supposed to cost only around $6.00 which was for the shipment only, and I got this charge. I believe that this is FRAUD.

This company sent me a product I did not order and told them I did not want.and they sent it anyway. now they want me to pay them as they billed my credit card.

Does anyone have a # for them? I never received the trial order, so I don't know how to get a hold of them. I need to call them to get them to stop charging my card.

unauthorized charge
I ordered a free trial ( just pay shipping) to try the green tea product. I didn't receive a confirmation email for my order. I never received the product and they have charged my credit card over $100. The charges didn't have a phone number listed with them, so I have no way of contacting them to stop the charges. I've had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

You used and charged my credit card TWICE without my authorizationI for your "FREE" product.
I want a reimbursement NOW.

unathorized char
I order this item from them by paying shipping and handling after a couple of days i had these messages from them on my voice mail to confirma my order.so i called and had this rep who started talking about me qulifing to get a $1000 gift card to us in any store and then began to read a disclosure and then says that i will be charged for the same when i caught on to that began agrue and had the nerve to tell me that if i had tol him before that i was not interested then he would not have to go through this.i gtold him to cancel everythign he hung up on me.
i called baclk spoke to someone else now.told him to cancel eveything he gave me a different # to call to cancel.
then i called that # they said everythign was cancelled and now i have a charge for $69.87, so i called them and girl says the call get recorded and stuff and i told her i cancelled everything and now u say that i didnt she says she cant to anythignabout this charge and most recent charge that has been billed she can cancel and she cant do anything about the other charge.i told you guys were a bunch of shit...coz if you record call how hard is it to listen to my call and cancel the service for me?they are farud always misleading customers...THEY ARE A SCAM

I ordered a free sample and since then, they are charging hundreds dollars on my credit card..Right now, they owe me 344.23. I request FULL reimbursement!

Unauthorized us of my credit card
I ordered the free sample and agreed to pay the $6.95 shipping fee. I did not order any more of the product and they charged me so far for 2 orders of $69.87 each plus there is a retail interest charge of 1.82 on my credit card. They owe me at this time $141.56. They had no authorization to charge this amount on my credit card.
This is an UNAUTHORIZED charge. I expect full reimbursement
