I let a friend of mine move into my house to help him out, he moved out March 01, 2007. His car was financed by Drive Financial. He gave them my phone number and address. He is going to let Drive take the car back, they are royally screwing him. He has paid on the car for 2 years and still owes almost $10,000.00, the car is only worth $3,000.00, he is cutting his losses: his credit is already screwed.

Drive Financial calls my house everyday looking for him. I have told them he has not lived here since the first of March and please stop calling: they try to get an attitude with me and he doesn't even live here! I have tried every approach possible, even cussing them out several times when they start getting an attitude with me.

An example: they have called my house 4 times within the last hour alone. I am trying to research what I can do to get them to stop, but they just keep on calling. That place is terrible and has very unethical business practices. I have never had a call for collections, so my heart goes out to those that have: they are freaking brutal. Not to mention very unprofessional!
