Rude TO A CHILD!
Okay, One Day A Represenative called my house. she asked for my mother "Hi May i speak to Ms. C****?" and i replied "No, she is not here right now." then the lady turned into a bitch. she said"Ms.C**** This is not a god damn game you need to pay your fucking bill." and im 15 and she said that to me. ughhhh i hate drive financial. they one called my house at 3:45AM

Never ending loan from hell
My original loan was through Roadloans, then Triad, then went to Drive Financial, now Santaturn or something. This loan for my 2000 minivan was started in 2001, here it is 8 years later and still owe 4, 000. It's the never ending car loan from hell. I know I have poor credit, it comes with a divorce and my current wife battling cancer, unable to work. Six kids between us, one being multiple handicaps. We live week to week. I was two months behind on my payment, the jerks repossessed our vehicle in the middle of the night, damaged the steering on it and when I complain, the rep tells me to file a claim, HELLO, what the hell do you think I called you for. Do you really think I want to talk to one of you jerks as much as you harass your customers. I know that they have a job to do, but My God, the way they belittle you and constantly harass you with their nagging phone calls at home and at work, they drive your stress level to the unknown. Can't we all get together and find a way to bring a class action against these clowns and put them in their place?

Auto Loan
I've been with Drive for over two years, nothing but total harrassment. We been late since our 1st payment that was due until November of that year; Drive says the payment was due in September and that we started out late. They JACK your credit up, then you cant refinance with other company's and the daily phone calls. Yes we all need to pull together for a law suit.

illegal repossession
I purchased a Truck (Dodge Durango) from Maryland and i now live in North Carloina . I'vd had my Vehicle for all most 3 years making payments on time from automatic checking account in the amount of $556.27 i had a three year loan i only have 3 more payments left til the Vehicle is paid off. And i awoke early this moring to go to work and my Vehicle is GONE. No CALLS, no letters nothing just GONE... I dont have a number since my payment is auto withdrawn i pulled Drive Financial up on line my and i see many many consumer Complaints i had no idea others were going thru this. i was shocked and emotionaly upset Crying ... i managed to locate a number and called then was given a nother number which is 888 222 4227, My first attempt i was disconnected, the Second attempt Customer Service Jackie picked up the phone i gave my name and she HUNG up on me ... So all the complains are TRUE, this is very Rude and upseting. We are now trying to figure out what to do. So i will be getting in Touch with someone to be added to the Class Action Suit again Drive Time Finanical or this so called Rip of Company... I only have a few payments left so this what this company does. now since no one will answer the phone and this was my only car. i have to purchase another vehicle if they have not ruined my Credit because so called Repos show up on Credit. But i will Fight them forever.

They messed up my credit
My Brother died in March of this year. I called Drive Finance to let them know that my payment would be late because because I had to help with funeral payment. I was told to send a copy of the Death Certificate with my payment to avoid late fee.
Well I did just that and when I went to purchase a vehicle I was told the could not help me because Drive Financial reported me being deceased. After 10 phone calls, several e-mails and a whole lot running around on there end I am still Deceased. I have tried to contact a Manager, Supervisor, someone of authority to fix this and nothing. As of March 10 2009 to July 11 2009 nothing has been corrected. I talked to all 3 credit reporting agencies to correct. they need to hear from Drive Financial. Trans Union stated Drive Financial submitted it twice. They have ruined my credit .

Harrassing Phone Calls
My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Gateway Chevrolet in Chicago, IL. They processed the auto loan through Drive Financial. We were making the monthly installments on time. Then something tragic happened to me, my husband passed away a few months after we purchased the vehicle. I still was making the payments on time unti October of 2008 when I lost my husband's life insurance in the stock market plus I did not have a job at that time. Then I got a job and was only getting anywhere from 18 hours to 22 hours a week which is very hard to pay you bills with. Then a few months after that I was offered a job somewhere else which was better than the 18 to 22 hours a week. I would send Drive Financial my paycheck on the 15th of the month and I would let them know that I was sending them the money and told them that I would send it via Western Union so that they would receive it within in 15 minutes. Then I would call and give them the MTCN #. After they receive the payment I would start receiving the phone calls, not only receiving the phone calls but they would ask for my husband, in which they knew that he had passed away. I asked them is it in the notes that my husband passed away and they would always say yes. I asked them if there is anything that they could do to lower my payment for me and they said that there is no way for them to do anything like that. They suggested a 2 month extension and I said okay that was in January, 2009, they said that you can only get a 2 month extension every 6 months and I said I understand. I am trying to do the best that I can with the funds that I have. I just asked them again if I could get a 2 month extension and they said they would put it through. I called to find out if it went through and they told my that it was declined. I asked why it was declined they said that you are only allowed an extension every 6 months and that I have had 6. I said I only asked for 2 how can I have 6 when I knew that you could not get it for 6 months. This company is not a very good company to be dealing with the public. They are very rude towards the consumer especially when you are trying and sending them as much as you can. I am actually sending them $500 on the 15th of the month even though my monthly installment is $635 at least I am sending way over half. They do not call you once a day they call you 6 to 7 times a day. Not only do they call you they call the references that you put down even though you have been in contact with them. I warn every consumer out there STAY AWAY FROM DRIVE FINANCIAL WHICH ALL OF A SUDDEN CHANGED THEIR NAME TO SANTANDER. THEY ARE RUDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY HARRASS YOU EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE SENDING THEM MONEY.

lied to me to get $
I had a terrible accident in 2006. My car which was purchased through Drive Financial, was totaled. Before I came out the coma, they had already put a bad report on my credit rating. I called them and worked out a payment plan. They told me when I was paid in full, all negative remarks would be removed from my credit report. I paid religiously. When I was finished they DID NOT remove the negative remarks. They said I paid in a settlement and put it on the credit report as a negative report. DO NOT use these LIARS for anything...

On-line fees
I have been charged a western union fee even when making my auto loan on-line. I see no reason to pay an additional $15.00 to make my loan payment.

Title after payoff
I just wanted to complain about, 1 their lack of service, 2 their rudeness, and 3 since I have paid off my vehicle early I can no longer get in touch with them. When I call them now its Santaneer or something like that, they transfer me to an operator who doesn't answer the phone. I get a voicemail that says to leave a message or press "0" and they will transfer me to another operator, so I press "0" and this is what I get: "we are sorry but the number you are trying to dial does not exist or is no longer in service, please check your number and try again." click it hangs up. If there is a class action law suit or talk of one I would sure love to get in on it.
