i purchased a car from drive Tyme in 2008 i paid well never late on 6/6/10 i lost my job but still managed to pay through 7/14/10 in hopes i will find another job that didnt happen. i made them aware of what was going on and the response i got was negative one person said well we still need out money what are you going to do that wasnt their problem, now note they refuse to give you there last name they only give you thier first name. These people called me between 8-15 times per day including my mom, brother, son, emailing them etc, after i told them they could pick the vehicle up i spoke with a guy name Dan in August he called and asked when was i going to make a payment i said i dont have it im out of work he proceed to say well reguardless i still owe them money, this dude said thats what i say about black people there ignorant and never pay on time, i thought i heard him wrong till i asked what did he say he stated you heard what i said we want our dam money!! at that point i demanded him not to contact me anymore he said that he could call me when he wants and he wasnt going to stop calling. Till this day forth they call me 4 times during the AM 4 times afternoon and 5 times in evening iv counted. I asked them to come pick the car up but they rather harrasse me instead. the verbal abuse has forced me not to speak or accept anymore calls from Drive Tyme. now i dont no what to do and who to turn to they are stressing me out its not like im hiding from them i was truthful with them they leave messages 4 times a day.do anyone no what i can do about this type of harrassment.
