i purchased driver detective 6/19/2010. it did not work i sent them an email stating this and told them i since purchased a product that did work and asked for a refund.
after that they sent a email saying i would get a refund.three hours later they sent another email saying it was over 60 days no refund that was 6/22/2010.
i got a phone number online i called it refered me back to there website.
people like this are why comsumers are afraid of buying online
