When I tried to order Idimager software, I was sent to the Digital River site, and shuffled around from place to place. I was never able to properly place my order, and could not get any response from them to clarify the situation. I later managed to obtain the software directly from IDimager.
It was not until I started reviewing my credit card information for tax purposes that I realized that Element5 had charged me for the software in addition to the direct charges from IDimager. I only received one software package - directly from IDimager. I did not receive one from Element5.
I feel that I am due a refund from Digital River/Element5. Can you help me to obtain one?
