Dangerous Clones In The Online Dropship World
Identities on the internet are always in a state of flux. However, when businesses change their names too often, you have to take a hard look at the nature of their business. The UK Dropship Group, the online dropship company, claims to have been in business for some years. Usually, any online business that old has some credibility.

The problem is that UK Dropship Group never tells you that when the complaints start pouring in, they simply create another website. A clone that you cannot detect, but they are everywhere. This company goes by various other names: Dropshipland, DVDDropship…there is a good possibility that UK Dropship Group itself is an offshoot of dpbuk.

Now you know why these websites offer such similar product ranges and use the same strategies for ripping off customers. You just cannot do business with any two of the abovementioned dropshippers without getting a feeling of déjà vu.

First is the fact that they never offer any information on their products before you pay their fee. They promise delightful discounts and even offer a sneak peak into their product range, but that is about it. You do not know what type of DVDs and sports equipment are on offer and how much each item cost. This is a lot like purchasing wholesale pallets where you don’t get to check out items individually, but make the best of what falls to your lot (no pun intended).

Wholesale pallets, however, do not cost the earth and you do get to make some profit off them. In addition, if you don’t like what you got in one pallet, you can always find another supplier.

With UK Dropship Group, this choice is eliminated because they insist you pay website hosting fees for at least 12 months in advance. If you want to terminate the contract before the 12 months are up, they will charge a penalty.

Second is the website design and hosting they provide. You can choose your website design from the templates presented, but the designs are not terribly attractive. You cannot closely inspect the site templates before you opt for membership (they allow you to see a tiny thumbnail).

UK Dropship Group and its sister websites are not really drop shippers though they claim to be. They are actually agents who take a fee from real suppliers for every customer they find. No wonder their best products are always out of stock and even the not very popular products are always priced too high. If you don’t want to risk your money on shady online ventures, you should find a reputable supplier and source products directly from them.
