On May 15th, Kates Cleaners lost a piece of very expensive clothing of mine. When I reported it, they told me that they would look for it and if not found would reimburse me for the item. Owner/Manager, Andy Nguyen kept stalling and when I finally talked to him, his response was take it to small claims court cause I'm not paying.
This is not the first time they have given articles to the wrong owner. They once gave me a wrong comforter set and when I opened it up at home and found it was the wrong one, I immediately took it back. Apparently, my blouse was more than likely given to the wrong person and they decided to keep it.
The least this business could of done was offered to pay for the item they lost.
This is a terrible business who should not be in business if they can not perform it correctly.
