We shipped goods by Thai air way bill no.217-2283 0883 which invoice no RBT-05/2008 Dt:07-10-2008. Shipment invoice value usd-9518.00 (Nine Thousand Five Hundred Eighteen) us dollar. We shipped those goods before many days ago to this mention buyer & they told us they can paid payment by full T.T after receive the goods but after receive the goods their have no reply since long time but in the middle time they reply to us & give us commitment they should paid our payment & told us for don’t worry, we wait for their payment more long time & give them lot of mail but their have no reply at last we understand that we are cheated by them. Now at this moment we like to take yours best help. We are agree to pay necessary cost for this activity.

So sir earnestly request to you please took necessary action as soon as possible & please help us for release our payment that’s why we are inspired about to do business with Hong Kong & we should be respect full to Hong Kong Government.
