Beware of DTDC

We had sent a parcel in August 2010 vide consignment no. Z19889091 & unfortunately it got lost (delivered to some other person)... which dtdc couldn't trace, and after waiting for 3 months, we got the FIR Copy...

Immediately after getting the FIR copy we had submitted all the relevant documents to the DTDC Office...

Till date we are waiting to get proper answer from DTDC office... as Mr. Surender don't gives reply to my calls...

Kindly look into the matter, as its over 10 months old case... & this is giving me a glimps that DTDC is Purely CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS, they always advertise that DTDC is committed to customer satisfaction... In our case where is the customer satisfaction...

Is it our fault that we had dealt with DTDC & sent our valuable goods thru DTDC... If it is, then i would like to take the matter to higher authorities against DTDC & should appeal to all the People of India to don't rely on DTDC & their words... As they are only making PEOPLE FOOL...
