All webmasters don't pay web hosting by paypal, paypal not responsible if they scam you. I just lost $23.40 to dts-net.com for hosting used paypal to pay them.

I ordered web host from dts-net.com on April, 28. I don't received any info from them, than i emailed to cancel the order on April, 29. Has no answered than i file the dispute to paypal on May, 1. Finally he apear on Paypal dispute section on May, 4. And on May, 5, he still ignored my 2 emails on April, 29 and on dispute section on May, 4 that i want to cancel the order and he continueing Setting up my account.
File dispute and Waiting for 20days finally paypal colected my money pay to this guy.

After ordered web hosting from DTS-net.com 24hrs didn't received any informations
from him. NO answer phone call or email. I emailed and call to request a refund but
I never got any answer. This is a phishing scammer was reported by customers all
over the net, i just know after i ordered hosting service from this guy DTS-net.com
