Beware
I saw Mr. Irwin on TV, I purchased his dual action cleanse. Then I was called to pay $1.00 for valueplus, when I called to cancel the valueplus, I had been charged $19.95!! Then I called for my 30 day refund on the dualcleanse that did not work, and they hung on me 4 times. I still have not gotten thru!! I have to go to the bank and stop any more charges of $59.99 to my account!!! Please BEWARE!!

Biggest waste of my time
I ordered the Dual Action Cleanse a month ago. I tried it and didn't see any effect. I tried it out and that was it. I had no plans on using it continuosly.

This week I received a email from the company saying that my second shipment is on its way. I checked my bank accout, and there was a charge for the shipment.

This company states that you are to only use the product every other month. Yet they shipped me a month supply of the product just 3, 5 weeks later.

I contacted my bank and complained that I had an unauthorized transaction from this company. They suggested canceling the card and getting a new one. I also called the company and complained about the second shipment. They tried to locate my order and could not. I gave them my address, name, receipt number, everything, but there was no record of my order. Strange...

No refund & gave me vertigo & high blood pressure
Two problems: When I first ordered the Dual Action Cleanse in Oct. 2009, I decided to return it without using it, but the company has no record of having received it. When they auto-shipped it (which I did not ask for, just wanted the one-time shipment) in Dec. 2009, I decided to give it a try.

I started it on a Thursday morning. After 3 days (5 total doses--Thurs & Fri.. AM & PM & Sat. AM, I developed vertigo--got very dizzy when I turned my head in any direction & it got worse the longer I kept my head turned. I immediately stopped taking it, the vertigo lessened a bit over the next few days & I went to see my doctor on the Tues. after the days I took the formula. My blood pressure was 146/96 sitting & 173/95 standing!! This is, by far, the highest my blood pressure has ever been---it was 133/82 in Sept. 2009. The vertigo disappeared 9 days after I first started taking the formula (6 days after I had stopped taking it) & my blood pressure returned to normal.

Today (1/4/10) I called the company to tell them of my problem & to say that I was returning the formula & wanted a refund. I was told that I could get a refund on only the first shipment--although they claim that they never received that shipment when I sent it back. I told them that the invoice stated "Your purchase has a Money-Back Guarantee!" (capital letters & exclamation point are printed that way). The "customer service" agent told me that the fine print on the back stated that refunds were available only on the first order. The exact wording is "Of course, we provide our customers with a Money-Back Guarantee on their first product purchase. If your are not completely satisfied with Dual-Action Cleanse, or any other products in the program, all you need to do is follow these 2 steps:...". Nowhere does it state that the money-back guarantee is on the first product purchase ONLY, so I think that I should receive the refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was, of course, not available. The agent said that she would enter all of the info into their system & some one would review it (whatever that means). I asked for a return call & when I might expect it--I was told within the next 24-48 hours. These guys are scammers & their product is not safe. Wish me luck on receiving a refund.

Bad customer service and billing
Due to an error made by a customer service rep, I received the same probuct 3 times in 2 1/2 months. When I tried to explain the problem I was given the run around (spoke with 5 different customer service reps before a refund request could be issued.) Promises were made to refund my money $110.70 in November 2008 (taken by 2 csr's for two different amounts because the 1 time it was not filed as the csr stated), however, refund has been received. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY unless you want to loss money because the customer has no rights and is not respected.

Charge 3 times already
I ordered something called Dual Action Cleanse.
I have not received this, but I recd an invoice from GNC fro Acaia Berry which I have
not recd.
I order a "free sample" and now I understand they have shipped me something and I am being billed on a monthy program which I did not sign up for.
My credit card company called me and there is a fraudulent charge for 89.32 from
some company called Health Pharmacy. Also Billed 3.oo + twice from somewhere in
Utah, and Colorado.
So far there are 3 or states involved. I cannot believe this old lady was so stupid to get into this and how I am going to get out of it.
