Customer Support"
I thought by this speedy response and correct details that it was legitimate.
I received a parcel from China (!), even though I had been quoted in US dollars, on the 2nd July. When I opened the parcel I noticed that I had been sent the completely wrong order. I had been sent the I Love Lucy complete series which is of no use to me. It is clear also that these are bootlegged bad copies. I have since emailed the company at least 6 times requesting they reimburse me or send what I ordered. I have not had a single reply to any of my emails. The company seems to operate under a few aliases. So far there is dubaidingoes.com (where I initally made the transaction), classictvmedia.com and the name that is on my CC statement, perfectdvds.
Have I any recourse with them, can their websites be closed down? I have since seen many complaints online about them.
Kind regards,
Elaine Kilemade
