I got a coupon in the mail for air duct cleaning and scheduled an appointment for the services between 2pm-4pm. I called in the morning of to ask for a courtesy call prior to the tech arriving because of an unannounced appointment. Well, i got the call from the tech alright. I was told that he was sitting in front of my house. He asked how long would it take to get to my house. Well, without driving beyond the speed limit it would have taken rougly 20 minutes but i told him 10. With that being said, i cancelled the appointment that i was on and sped cross town. Only to find out that the tech was not at my home. So, after several attempts to contact him, he finally returns my call to say he would be there after 4:15. After i explained that i cancelled my appointment and sped across town, he and the main office said oh well- sorry, he was at the wrong address. Then, i was finally asked by the supervisor "what do you want me to do?" We can only reschedule or get there after 4:00. Right... customer service.

They came to do an advertised "$44" cleaning. Raised the price to $200 when they saw that my ducts were actually dirty. On top of that, AC didn't work after they left and they keep telling me they'll 'call me' to come take a look at it and never do. BEWARE.
