This attorney took our case over two years ago and never ever once followed through on anything he said he would. He wasted our time, money. He lies continuously and is extremely unprofessional. When I would threaten to fire him or put in a complaint about him he would return the call after months of nothing and call up through the late hours of the night until I had to tell him to stop harassing me. Sometimes he would text up until midnight and call non stop. When I finally responded he would tell me a huge lie as if he was making progress, and then I would not hear from him again for months. I am hoping to stop anyone from going through what I went through. When I first met with him he told us there were past clients who had threaten to kill him, however he made it look like they were insane. He was being chased by so many that he actually closed down his firm for a couple years. I was stupid enough to believe him and thus paid a heavy price. He is the worst of the worst and the most uneducated unethical attorney I have ever seen or heard of. He is located in Idaho Falls. And to add salt to the wound, he will not return my files of papers so I can not proceed with any other attorney.
