In January, after attempting to secure the attention of a sales person for over almost two hours in store I phoned. I arranged to meet at a set time and date with the salesman with whom I spoke in order to arrange for purchase of my sofa. Upon arrival I was again not able to get any customer service and had to chase down someone to get the man with whom I was supposed to meet. After approximately 30min he came over and told me that he was helping someone else and I could be rung in by the cashiers. He offered the fabric protection plan which I declined in order to avoid giving him any additional commission for the sale for which I had to work. My sofa was supposed to arrive in March. No one contacted me to advise, let along apologize for any delay. In May I called to inquire. I spoke to a sales manager, who attempted to brush me off by saying that he was helping someone else. I told him of my purchase experience, he said that he would make a note on my account that I would be compensated. I received no such compensation. My sofa did not arrive until June. It was lightly soiled upon arrival. I wrote to the company via the website. I received a form letter indicating that I would be contacted with 2 business days. One week later I have received no response.
Please, save yourself time, and money and go to one of the larger box stores. The sales people may be pushy but at least you'll receive service.
