As part of our services, we buy and supply Gem Stones cleansing products call Ferosile-solute oil. FEROSILE-SOLUTE OIL is a chemical fluid which is used for the purification of Rough diamonds, Crystals and other Precious stones. This product is in high demand here in the UK and South America but the price is so high that some Associations that work with this product manage to secure the quantity needed for production and purification.

I have made private research on this product, because of the high cost of purchasing, in Europe and the taxes involved, i have found that this product is sold in Asia, specifically Malaysia, and is relatively cheap compared to Europe .

I got the contact of the agent dealing on this product from a Chinese friend here in London, he has been dealing with this marketing agent for a long time. Ferosile-Solute Oil is manufactured and Licensed in Australia but having their sole agents and distributors in Malaysia . The product is sold here in England at the rate of $9, 100USD per carton, but in Malaysia at the rate of $3, 300USD, I had increased the price quotation to $5, 820USD for my company and the price was accepted and the management decided to send our company representative to Asia for the purchase of these products.

The problem now is that I need a middle man who can transact the business with me, the person will buy the product from the agent in Malaysia and resell to my company at the quoted price of $5, 820USD and the profits are shared between us. If you are willing, I will introduce you to my company as the agent dealing on this product in Asia and pass the contact information of the agent in Malaysia onto you, she is a Malaysian lady.

You will be dealing directly with the Main Dealer in Malaysia and be reselling to my company. My company normally buys from 50 to 100 cartons monthly. They will be sending our representative to Asia for purchase soon and I don't want them to go directly to the main distributor because of the price which I have quoted to them, for this will cause a conflict of interest and the risk of losing my job.

On no account should the Representative meet with the main distributor in Malaysia, to avoid divert transaction from the source, since this is where we will be making our profits. We will be sharing the profits on this, 60% for you and 40% for me since you will be investing your money in the business. I don't know if you're capable of transacting this business with my company. I can assure you, we can jointly work this business together as this is going to be a long term and continuous business.

I assure you once more that there is no risk in this transaction. The risk is if my company realizes the real cost of this Product, and again i don’t want to be cheated again, I have been doing this business with a Chinese man but at the end of the day he will give me 20% knowing that i cannot do anything based on the business environment, which must be kept confidential so he capitalized on that.
