The people at this dunkin donuts location are both rude and inconsiderate to their customers. It is obvious that these people have miserable lives and are unhappy...but to have the audacity to yell and berate their customers...I will never go back there or to another DD again. I find that at these locations you come across these people who like to outwardly reflect their own anger upon others. It is these people that are both unhappy and naturally volitale. In addition, the antisemitic remarks were something that I did not appreciate.

When an employee has problems or concerns about the store an you go ask your employer for help an he cant even answer tells you he'll check it out..never gets back to you. when you keep complaining they tell you to quite ur bi**hing.you get your hours an pay cut... thats what happens when you work everyday, stay late, an help when its needed..nice way to treat dependable workers.

I have gone to the same Dunkin Donuts since it has opened right around my house. This past week I have gone and gotten the same thing every day but when I am asked what I would like to order I always get the "whatcha want" in a bored, monotone, uninterested voice. I usually ignore that and move on. But tonight some of my friends and I went around 8:45 to get some donuts because we were hungry. We walk in but we're not really sure it's open because nobody is in the restaurant. Two black males walk out and I order. I assume he didn't hear me cause he goes "what?". I proceed to tell him again. Then I get my donuts, but no receipt. Then, after I order I ask for a cup of water because I forgot. I assumed that there was someone at the drive thru that ordered as well because they ignored the other 6 people in line to make coffee. (And might I say that one guy made the coffee while the other guy just watched him?). So I finally get my cup of water and realize I have no receipt. So once everyone is out of line I go back to ask for a receipt, but the cashier doesn't know how to go back and print receipts. They just kind of looked at me like I was crazy. but on the drive in there is a sticker that says if you did not receive a properly printed receipt then talk to the manager and you will receive your money back. I didn't want to go through the trouble so I just let it go.
This Dunkin donuts closed at 9, and the cashiers let us know. They look straight at us and said "We close at 9." I was dumbfounded at how blunt they were! We start to leave while one of the cashiers takes off his shirt and starts walking around the place in his undershirt! I intentionally leave the bag on the table to see what they will do. As we are leaving I turn around to see one of the cashiers glaring at me.
heads up next time DD, get some better cashiers and learn what customer service is. ridiculous.

This Dunkin Donuts has one of the most rascist people I have ever seen. She is a female and I believe her name is Jessica, she has black hair and has dark toned skin and wears a blue shirt (Manager shirt). She calls all white/ caucasian customers "Honkies" and "White trash". I have witnessed this on more then one occasion, and the today June 20th, 2011 she called a caucasian woman "A white trash bitch!" She may have not said it to her face but she said it to all of her staff and everyone that was inside the building trying to enjoy there coffees in peace. This is completely unexceptable and I will never go back to this Dunkin Donuts because of it. I also feel bad for the caucasian co-workers that work under her supervision because she is discustingly rascist and sexiest towards them also, for example to one of the caucasian males she said "Come on yo! Hurry up honky! You little white boy!" It is highly offensive and I will not be tolerating rascism towards anyone!! I am also telling everyone I know and live by to never go there. Absolutely uncalled for, I have never been more humilated in my life!!

We have bought donuts at least three different times and they have not been fresh. We figured we would give them a second chance, they were worst! My niece went to get some for the third time and they were so stale we threw them out. It seems like they were day old donuts. Is Dunkin donuts allowed to sell them if they are a day old? They are building a new store for this store to move into. New store new donuts, I dough it!! Is this the way you think you will keep people coming back? Not our family!!! Your Donuts are disgusting!!!
