Awful place to eat
I'm really not sure why I go there, but today was my last straw in deciding I would never go again. For ages, I've been going for donuts, and have only had fresh ones about 1/4 of the time. Majority of the time, they are stale or are out of what I want. Second, I've been going for the delicious bagels, my mouth watering along the way, only to find out 3 times in one month that they are out of the bagel I want and do not replenish them. Waste of my time. Third, they have NEVER put enough cream cheese on the bagels for me. I get to the office, open my bagel and see just enough to cover half of it. So I started asking for extra cream cheese. Which was never a problem (on the days they actually had my bagel "in stock"). But today, for some odd reason, one particular lady thought "extra" meant "double" and wanted to charge me for two cream cheeses. I'm not spending $5 for a bagel and bad customer service. I left. Lastly, the ambiance is horrible. The color scheme is enough to drive one crazy. It's trashy and I feel like it's designed to eat and dash compared to it's counterpart, Panera's who has the best customer care, knows the regulars, relaxing & inviting atmosphere, and pre measures the cream cheese to fit their bagel sizes rather than having different individuals arbitrarily decide, and finally they allow you to pour and mix your own coffee condiments.

One of the busiest and worst run DD's I have ever been in. This is a seasonal tourist area and they have the attitude that 'no need to be first rate, and the one will be right behind you'. Limited selection of product and poor service. AND NO SENIOR DISCOUNT!!!

Bring the apple fritters back to DD
I am, as many other customers, very upset that in ulster and dutchess counties, new york, no dunkin donuts have apple fritters any more, just myself I would purchase at least 1-2 apple fritters a day, and no one has an answer, so, now myself and I spread the news to many people to go to starbucks for coffee and APPLE FRITTERS!!, I wouled be grateful if you could please bring the apple fritters back to DD, especially in kingston, and Hyde Park NY, I did busineess, what a great loss and gain to starbucks!! thank you.

Harassment
Today is 3/24/2010.. I just got fired.. reason complaints is beacause im new just started working 3 days now i was getting trained.. the manager is egyptian he just picks on me yells constantly.. he smacks my hand just calls me rude names.. when they ask a combo meal on the menu you have to make it in the oven machine.. well when he is going to make a bagel or flatbread sandwhich he touches it with his bare hands dosent use gloves he trys to cover the view of the customer with his body just usin his hands to make the sandwhich.. also which is disgusting he spits out mucus in the back into his hand i dont see him wash his hands.. its on camera anyway i want to file a complaint harrasement and the hygeine.. im married got a son i need to take care of.. i cant learn if the manager harassing me and screaming at me infront of all the customers.. i try to keep calm because i need the money for my son and my wife to have a place to live in but he just pushed it today i got fired.. also he never gave me the w4 form to fill out and i was just getting payed $7, 15 and hour and also since he picks on me he makes me do everything while you see the other employess just relaxing i have to clean, throw out the trash, make the food, take orders do cashier, clean the bathrooms, stock the boxes in the back, fill sweep and mop.. im doing every postion it isnt a problem but just dont harass me.. also he is suppose to set an example as a manager make use employess feel welcome.. since the others are egyptian also he talks in there launguage just look at me and laugh he is dicriminating me..i know they are talking shyt about me also he does the same with the customers he know that are egyptian they just look and laugh at me... i need the number for the dunkin donut center to make the complaint can anyone help me?

Policies-hot cups
Ridiculous management. First they started charging 60 cents for hot cups..which was later reversed (after they pocketed considerable amount) by the corprate headquarters who told them they couldnt charge. Well now they are refusing the hot cups! We always ask for a hot cup for coolatas..because they keep the beverage cold as well..its an insulator and works for cold beverages as well as hot. Well I was told...rudely..that I could not have a hot cup because they were low on supply.??? I asked, so who are you keeping them for? The reply was, condisendingly, from a teenie bopper, " for HOT Coffee..they are HOT CUPS"..
I replied..ok I will be callimg corprate, she asked if I would like to talk to her manager, I said No, because your manager also tried to charge 60 cents for them..she said ya, but we couldnt do that. I said thats why I will complain to corprate...I doubt they will be happy that now you are designating who can have a hot cup. I mean really..give me a break. I paid ten dollars for 4 coffees, if I want a stupid styrofoam cup to keep it cold...what a stupid business decision. There is another dunkin Donuts down the street under different management and better yet a Honey Dew 2 blocks away.

raw sewage
On the morning of March 3, 2010 about 10:00 AM there was a raw sewage incident in this store. Two drains in the service area and one drain in the back storage room began to seep raw sewage. One to two inches of sewer water covered the floor behind the counter and under the donut cases. The shift leader continued to have the employees serve customers while mopping up the floor in between. The shift leader called the general manager about the incident. After an hour the shift leader called the general manager again and she said she was on her way. Two hours after the incident the general manger showed up at the store and said someone was coming to look at the situation around 3:00 PM. In the mean time the employees could not empty water from the water basins. The store smelled with sewage and the food product that was uncovered was not disposed of, it was still served to the customers. It is my belief that the store should have been closed immediately after the incident began to contain a very serious health hazard. I also assume that the shift leader did not take proper actions and the general manager was far from being diligent in this health crisis. I also have reported this incident to the Saratoga County Health Department. Another very scary thought about this incident is that it has occurred in this store before and proper actions have never been taken to resolve this extreme health hazard. Thank you for your time.

Unlawful Customer Service
Worker refused to return unopened bottle of water because the manager was not there. Worker spoke in Spanish assuming I did not understand her when she told a co-worker the real reason she was not returning my money was because the manager said not to return anything.

Disturbing experience
This particular DD has gotten beyond ridiculous every morning I attempt to speak to the ppl working behind the register they are all at times to busy to help me because they proceed to speak in their native tongue mind you I'm waiting to be served (very annoyed) today I went in the after noon for my usual med haz milk& 2 slpenda (OMG!) I couldn't believe my eyes a young woman on the register asked for my order proceeded to give it to me then a little toddler went running behind her (hard to believe but I kid you not I asked the girl "there's a little boy behind, she shook her head and said I'm more shocked then you maam' I was in shock couldn't even laugh at her remark because she was I think shocked as well so I aske this young girl is that your child? She said no I have no children.' I asked who's child she looked scared a bit like she couldn't say and said ma'am I'm sorry would you like any thing else with your coffee (I kid you not a little boy behind the register running up and down and a woman in a blue shirt who appeared as a shift leader just laughed as the boy ran around .. Ridiculous but like I said I kid you not I will never go back their again NEVER terrible just terrible place and it's a place for coffee not children so I'm returning to starbucks ...

Disrespectful general Manager
Im currently employed at a dunkin donuts owed by Ray messier, to make a long story short i worked at dunkin donuts 6 years... one with Ray he has a genreal manager ED Amaral he is the most disrespectful boss i have ever had... he yells and swears at you, talks down to you, yells at you in front of customers, locks up your personal items for months at a time and wont give it back... I have never been treated like this by no one... its just not me its all my co workers as well the he does it to even my boss... someone please help cause the owners dont do nothing to help...thanks for your time...

Dunkin Donuts is not for consumer anymore
I go to the Ware, ma dunkin. I asked for a senior discount on a thursday and they told me that the discount is only on Tuesday??? no where else is this.
I went to the Mobil dunkin in Holden, ma. I asked for two ice coffee with no ice and senior discount. The lady said that I could not get a senior discount, because I had no ice in the ice coffee??? No where else has this happend. Is each store not for the consumer anymore?? Will not go there anymore and am being turned off. I have always been a dunkin customer.
