poor quality
i've been going to this place for 3 years, they're coffee is always burnt and gross, they have crazy hours and are never open and this morning they were out of all bagels and whatever else if you make the mistake of going in when there is anybody else in there your looking at atleast a 20 minute wait for coffee

Manager
My manager yelled at me in front of everyone today...I was stocking the cups when she came around the corner and seen a customer standing there, she asked him if he was waited on? He said no jokingly and said he has been there for about 3 days, then he said that he just got there, the first time she yelled at me for not waiting on him, i told her that I just sat on the floor to straighten up where the cups belong, then I got up and went to lobby to wipe off the tables when I got back behind the counter she yelled at me again in front of everyone instead of going in the back or office. I voluntered to work today because one of my co-workers is sick... I bust my butt everyday that I work, work extra shifts, porter, finish the donuts, anything I can to help out...what should I do?????

Coupon
I went in to dunkin donuts on a tuesday morning august 25th 2009. I went in with a coupon that said buy a medium or large beverage at regular price and get an egg sandwich (english muffin) for .99 the guy and many of the other e mployees can't speak english and you have difficulty understanding them only gave me money off on the coffee and charged me full price on the sandwich. I tried to explain to him it was for a regular price coffee and .99 egg sandwich and he kept telling me it was only a coffee coupon. How do i get in touch with the main office because trying to talk to them is frustrating since they speak english very poorly.

Rude Employee
Today I was in the Dunkin Donuts on Burnt Mill Road in Cherry Hill, NJ. I go to this shop almost daily for iced coffee on my way to work and normally use the drive thru. Today I went to the counter where there were a few other patrons being waited on. The counter man took my order, which was an Iced Latte Lite and a donut. He repeated my order and said "you want an iced latte LITE and a DONUT?" I confirmed this and he said "That doesn't make sense". I thought he was joking although he was not smiling and said "well they balance out". He said "why would you get a lite drink and a donut"? I was incredulous and said "you really aren't using good salesmanship here" and he said "I'm not talking as a salesman, but wonder why you would do that". He kept bugging me while he prepared the order then said "Do you want whipped cream too"? I said no that really isn't a lite latte. Then he said "Why don't you just get a regular Latte and no donut". I really could not believe this guy. The other customer at the counter was stunned too. Finally he gave me my order and STILL said "You made your choice, it was a good one, but I still think it makes no sense". I said "well thats the last time I come in here" and left. What kind of customer service is this? They lost me as a customer and at least a few others who witnessed this.

Supply
If you are ever in Middletown, NY and are in the mood for coffee and just happen to stop at the Dunkin Donuts on Dolson Avenue make sure you bring your own skim milk, whip cream, straw, and have exact change, because you never know what they will be out of that day. Make sure you speak very slowly because it's almost a guarantee they will get your order wrong.

I started going to a gym in the same parking lot that Dunkin Donuts is in and for two weeks I was getting coffee there. Almost every day they are out of something and today they are out of straws and can't give back change.

I say Dunkin Do not.

Customer Service
This particular location is only concerned with collecting your payment and moving onto the next customer. During "rush hour" they consistently give you the wrong food order and do not make their coffee well at all. They are occupied with the next customer's order that you do not receive your order correctly. Their only concern is to make sure you pay them the correct amount and then they talk over you to the next customer and repeat the same process again. It is guaranteed that you will almost never get your coffee the way you want it.
This location also has "customer service" merit banners hung around the store. I find it hard to believe especially seeing how poor their customer service skills are.

workers
To Whom It May Concern,

I'm not sure who this should go to . Whoever you have for a store manager running your Dunkin Donuts in St. Jonhsbury, you need to do something seriously about how he/she runs it. I always thought it was the girl that I see there all the time. I believe her name is Jean, I always thought she was the manager running it, but I found out she was only the assistant manager. She told me its a Tom Cole that runs it .When I go in they only manager I have ever seen behind the counter working is Jean.I have never seen him behind the counter .half the time the workers dont know where he is. they say that he is either not in at the time or i'm not sure where he is.He needs to schedule more people on Friday mornings and Saturday Mornings.
jean seems to have a good head on her shoulders, I have seen her working at Family Dollar before and she seems to know what she is doing for you guys .

Employees blatantly ignoring customers
Every time I visit the Smyrna Dunkin Donuts or Baskin Robbins, no matter what time of day, i feel like I am in the middle of a school playground at recess. Rarely do I see a manager or authoritative figure present, the music is always set to play hard core rap and is inappropriately loud. i keep giving both stores chance after chance hoping things will improve-even after i spoke to a manager- blonde hair and a slim build. (no nametag, incoherent speech, said name was billy or bill. couldnt wait to get rid of me) nothing has changed. if anything, it has gotten worse. colleagues, friends and family of mine have given up on both establishments and now take their business elsewhere. there is no hierarchy or chain of command on either side. lots of profanity and cell phone use. elderly woman came into baskin robbins when i was there one night before closing; she was COMPLETELY ignored by young girls text messaging on their phones and i heard, loud and clear, 1 or 2 employees complain about the "retarded people that come in right before we close". the elderly woman heard this and walked out with a disheartened look on her face. 2 female employees that i believe arrived for work around 10:00pm, were the only staff members i had ever encountered there to express genuine concern and helpful solutions to my complaints- and managed to not speak negatively about any other employees. they were professional, pleasant, personable...now, i've made it a habit to bring my patronage to dunkin donuts ONLY after the interior part is closed. i know i can expect consistent, speedy and all around exceptional service from the bakers, which is unfortunate, because every experience should be consistent and at least satisfactory. i have had to adjust my daily schedule around my late night visits...which i look forward to 4 times a week. i only wish i could feel that way ANY time of day, regardless of which employees are working.

E.coli/salmonella cover up
Upper management and packaging/shipping warehouses TRYING TO KEEP E.COLI CONTAMINATION QUIET, STATING TO CUSTOMERS THEY ARE "TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK" OF DUNKACCINO, WHITE CHOCOLATE, AND HOT CHOCOLATE. STATEWIDE NEWS BROADCAST IN LATE JUNE, 2009, DID A STORY ABOUT AFOREMENTIONED BEVERAGES BEING CONTAMINATED W E.COLI AND/OR SALMONELLA DUE TO NEGLIGENT, CARELESS PACKAGING AND SHIPPING FROM NORTHEAST HUB. PRODUCTS WERE LEFT IN THE MACHINE LONG BEFORE AND AFTER CONTAMINATION NEWS BROKE TO PUBLIC. EMPLOYEES WERE INSTRUCTED TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS IF THEY INQUIRED ABOUT THIS ISSUE BY TELLING THEM "THOSE PRODUCTS NEVER LEFT THE TRUCK" AND "NO TRACE OF SAID CONTAMINATED PRODUCT WAS ANYWHERE IN THE STORE"...WHEN IN REALITY, THE HOT CHOCOLATE MACHINE WAS STOCKED UP WITH THE CONTAMINATED POWDER, ONLY 4 FEET AWAY FROM THE INQUIRING CUSTOMER.
