Issue with making sweet tea & making correct orders
I have ordered sweet iced tea several times and various loctions with no problem. I come here and I have to explain what thats is to the employees. I ask for a sweet tea and the point at the machine. I ask for a sweetend iced tea and they tell me they can put sugar in it. I order food and the order food and it is wrong when I recieve it.

coupon savings
Perhaps this is a small complaint...but I bought 4 muffins and handed the clerk a coupon for 4 muffins for $2.99. She entered in the code and told me I owed her $3.50. I feel this was wrong...and questioned her that even if I was paying tax on the full price it would not be that much. She was insistent and there was a huge line behind me.
I feel that this was a 20% surcharge. I needed the muffins so I paid for it, but I feel that somehow I was scammed.
This was at the Powerline Location in Boca Raton Fl.

have three gift cards and they all show balances, but will not scan at the stores. What do I do now that I am out all this money????

Customer Service
Today, February 26th, my daughter visited the Dunkin Donuts at Mounts Corner in Freehold. We have been customers of this store since it opened and everyone working there has shown excellent customer service skills. My daughters always orders the Chai Latte and they are kind enough to serve it to her over ice. Today, the clerk first told her that they didn't sell the Chai Latte. Then she said, "Oh we do! But ya can't have it over ice." So my daughter asked is should could have the hot latte and a cup of ice on the side. The clerk knew why we needed the cup of ice. She gave us a 1 inch sample cup and walked away. Then we asked again for a plastic cup with a lid, she handed us a stryofoam cup and walked away. Finally, we asked one more time and she rolled her eyes, made a face and walked away. We never received the cup.
I went into the same Dunkin Donuts today and ordered a caffeine free French Vanilla Latte Light with 1 Splenda. The same clerk waited on me. Obviously, she didn't hear my order because she said, "Watcha want?" I repeated the order and she then stated, " Ya know customers like you don't understand that we can't hear what you're sayin. There's noise back here and ya just don't know it!" Again, she was sending a message with you body language that was totally unacceptable. When I asked her to be sure it was caffeine free, she ignore me. I asked two more times and finally she answered, "Isn't that what you asked for?" So, I paid and left with my Latte only to discover that she never added the Spenda.
I went back into the store and asked the clerks name so I could send this email. Her name is Angie. Once again, the Dunkin Donuts is located on Route 537, Freehold, NJ in the Mounts Corner Shopping Center.
Just thought someone should be aware of the treatment we received today.

learn the laber laws
i worked for Dunkin Donuts for a year and just got fired and when i worked there evey two weeks when pay day came up they would only tell some employees they had shortages in the reg and make you pay any where from $50.00 and up and if you did not pay they would not give you ur check i did in for almost a yr then my mgr said i owed money from dec and at this time it was the mid of jan and i refused they finaly fired me and a few days ago they called me in yesterday and tould me to pay and they will give me my check or they will give me my check and sign a complaint aganst me for robbery and ive never stole a thing from them so i left without my check and when to the police staion and told them they tould me to go to small claims i do have a claim going with the laber bored also. ive also been told by some people that go in there asking for me that they are now saying i was fired for steeling money not only that i would close the store at night and was the only employee there during the week we closed at 10 and weekends 11 so i was scduled till one of them times and if we worked passed that time we would not get paid but i had to clean up so i would be there for a 1/2 hr afetr my sceduled time that i was not getting paid for i worked 5 to 6 days a week not only that i never got over time at one point i worked one month straight with no days off i finaly got fed up last month and got the laber boerd involved the are still looking in to everything iam not the first one this happen to but iam the only one who is speaking up about it they owe me money and i want itand i will fight them with all i got

bad service
i am so tired of wasting my hard earned money . is it so hard to make a coffee the way the customer asks for it to be made they cant even put a donut in a bag right who the hell trains these people . no more i will make my own

Bad service
I asked the guy for a Latte, and he gave me tea instead.
When I gave him the coupon he was like, "what?" and thought I want another. It was for the last one, moron!
Very bad attitude and service.

Store Coupon was not accepted
I’m inquiring about an incident at Dunkin Donuts on February 17, 2009 at 250 Broadway, NYC location. I had a Dunkins Donuts coupon for a “FREE medium Dunkaccino”. When I handed the coupon to the cashier, he said, I had to make a purchase in order to use coupon. I told him that coupon indicates “no purchase necessary”. He replied “this is our store rule”. I just left the store without saying another word to avoid any further conflict. The coupon doesn’t say “store policy rules vary by location”.
I am very disappointed about this issue for the simple reason that on the coupon it clearly states no purchase necessary only. I don’t see why I should be given a hard time for a free drink per my coupon. You should have some type of announcement placed against the wall for customers to view regarding store or coupon policy’s perhaps that would be helpful.

service, filth
The Cleveland Circle Dunkin Donuts recently changed hands. Since the change, service has been terrible with long lines and rude service. The store is filthy, the grounds surrounding the store are no longer cleaned and covered with ice. Two people fell coming out of the store today. Something should be done about this store!
