denied use of restroom
I arrived at said dunkin donuts at around 7:57. My sister and I went in to order coffee. Two other patrons were in the store waiting. One girls was behind counter, one on the floor sweeping. I decided to use the rest room while waiting to order. It was then I was told by the girl sweeping that someone was in the restroom and that when she exited it would not be available for use as they close it at 8:00. at first I didn't process the whole time issue. I asked to speak to a manager and inquire as to why at just 8:00 I as iwas n the store and ordering but now the bathroom was closed. The manager and franchisee came out . I proceeded to explain what I was told and also explained why I was inthe store. My son, a freshman at college in Manchester was taken to the hospital the night before. I drove up from New York early monday to be with him. He was released from the hospital and resting comfortably in h is dorm. I was now getting back on the road for a 5 hour trip home and wanted a cup of coffee and to use the restroom. He denied my request because he "has his reasons for closing the bathroom at 8:00." So at 8:01 I was back in my car, without cofee or using the restroom, looking for a starbucks!! What a way to treat a customer.

Employee
My girlfriend and I stopped for coffee and a bagel last week at Dunkin Donuts in Dover, NH (across from Shaw's Plaza). We were amazed by the rudeness of the woman behind the counter. Her name was Gloria. She was by far the rudest person in customer service that I have seen for a long time. She apparently has trouble hearing, and instead of saying "excuse me can you repeat that?", she barked at us that we needed to speak louder. She went on to ridicule my girlfriend when she didn't immediately choose the type of bagel she wanted. I asked her if she was always this rude to customers, and she said that she wasn't rude at all. Needless to say, we decided not to complete our order, and left. We will not be returning to this location as long as this employee is there.

Prices are higher up the mountains of 25 cents more for regular coffee and two donunts
Was up the mountains this weekend stopped at Dunkin Donuts went to order the #1 it was 25 cents more than in philadelphia.
I thought all the prices where to be the same. I think this is terrible for them to charge 25 cents more than in philadelphia.

employee
I witnessed an employee at the dunkin donuts at the steaming teapot in government center in boston berating a japanese couple trying to order. Although I could understand what they wanted, Lakisha scolded them for changing their order...it did not happen. I was truly embarrassed for our American representation of total lack of courtesy. Lakisha continued to scold a fellow employee for giving my daughter and myself the 99 cent late a few minutes before 2 pm. She was vicious in attacking this poor woman who was saying she would pay the difference which of course we didn't want. It was a very uncomfortable situation for everyone concerned and there was no reason for this. Dunkin donuts can do better than Lakisha.

your all gone from my location
a year ago you took away your dunkin donute location from north ave. in Burlinton, so I drove the extra distance and ent to colchester vermont to get my coffee in the morning.as of today that location is closed. Now there is no where convient for me to go to get your coffee. I could go way out of my way and go downtown but I can not do that drive every morning plus there is no parking to accomidate the customers. It just does not seem fair, I know you made a good business on north ave, and very good in colchester, why did you leave us?

Rudeness, towards customer
September 26, 2008 I enter the store. I requested to use the bathroom before before submitting my order. Before I had a chance to finished my sentence the assistant manager yells out that it was for customers only. I didn't have an issue with the policy, but it's delivery.
I was so appalled, that I initially walked out. Once I returned back to the store, I told him that he was crude and rude about the delivery of the store policy. He became defensive and in a threatening manner told me that I should either buy something, get out, or he will call the police. I told him to go ahead and call them, as I felt I did nothing wrong. Once the police arrived, I told them that my issue was simply that the shift manager was rude in the delivery of the policy. The heard my side, and his side, and establish that there really wasn't a threatening situation, and left informing me that regardless on how I felt, the policy was that I can only use such facilities after buying something, otherwise, I would just have to leave. I decided to go ahead and purchase my original order, but due to the manager's continued bad character, I end up canceling the order. So of course, the shift manager issues the threat of calling the police again, as if they don't have anything better to do. So, I choose to leave.
Keeping the refund receipt, I decide to call them to find out how I can issue a complaint against such individual. Because the phone number is from the store, once they notice who I was, they decide to disconnect it and not deal with me. I call several times, at different times, and they kept hanging up. Eventually, I speak to a threatening individual claiming to be the police. This individual stops me from speaking and issues a threat to stop calling, as it is harassment, perhaps because I am issuing threats. He indicates that if I call one more time, he would trace me and come to arrest me. I told him, that I never issue threat, that all I wanted was instructions to issue a complaint, and that was all. He gives me a 1-800 number, and I told him that it was all I wanted, and that I will not call again. He proceeded to tell me that I am making too big of a deal about such a little thing.
And yes, perhaps I have. However, sometimes you have to take a stand and set an example. A little courtesy would had evaded the entire issue. Usually things like this start because of small ridiculous thing that could had being avoided.
If I wanted to complain about service, for any reason, I should had just being provided with such information. The Police had better things to do than attend to a business who could avoid such calls by just providing a little courtesy to customers and potential customers.
While others will take their business somewhere else, I chose to state it here.
Thank you for your time.

NO DONUT SELECTION
I was very dissatisfied with the selection of donuts at the Dunkin Donuts location that just recently opened up on Transit Rd near Losson Rd. I wanted to buy a dozen donuts and the selection to choose from was terrible. I went into that location at about 3PM on a Sunday. How does the store expect to stay open and sell donuts all day if there is not a good selection to choose from? I was very disappointed with choosing to go to a Dunkin Donuts store versus a Tim Hortons. I do not think I will be back in the future to buy donuts at a Dunkin Donuts store. There was not even a manager on site to talk to about this. Very poor customer service.

Rude/Disrespectful Employees
On the Afternoon of 9/22/08 approximately 1:00pm I took a walk to dunkin donuts on 149th Street close to Morris Avenue.
As I walked through the door through the door their was a very foul Stench of Fesses. I said to the employee NameD MONOARA the Place smelled and she turned to me and Said
"THE SMELL CAME IN THE DOOR WHEN I DID!!"
MIND YOU I WAS NOT TRY TO BE FUNNY IT REALLY DID AND MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS AGREED WITH ME.
THE MANAGER OF THE STORE WAS RIGHT THERE AND DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO CORRECT THIS WOMEN, APOLOGIZE FOR THE RUDE COMMENT AND TOTALLY DISREGUARDED HOW DISRESPECTFUL IT WAS.
I AM QUITE UPSET ABOUT THAT I HAVE NEVER SMELL A DAY IN MY 35 YEARS.
I HAVE NOTICED THAT MOST OF THESE ESTABLISHMENT ARE BEING RAN BY PEOPLE OF INDIAN DESCENT AND THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY TO THE AFRICAN AMERCIAN COMMUNITY. THIS I MY SECOND ENCOUNTER LIKE THIS AND I WILL NOT LET IT CONTINUE WITH OUT SAYING THAT.
149TH STREET DUNKIN DONUTS I AM ASHAMED OF YOU!!!
IS IT JUST BECAUSE YOUR IN THE BRONX AND DON'T THINK WE DESERVE THE CORRECT TREATMENT OR IS IT BECAUSE I'M BLACK?
THAT WE CAN BE SPOKE TO IN ANY WAY AND IF SOMETHING ESCALTES WE WIND UP HANDCUFF!
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON EMPLOYEES CUSTOMER DISCIPLINE?
