several young girls who pass through the 3rd avenue Dunkin Donuts end up being the only girl in a predominatly Indian male atmosphere. There are cameras in the place except in the the freezer room. The girl working at the time is typically asked to go mop the freezer room where usually gets confronted by an older male individual late 50's to 60 (usually Thomas or other). She's unvoluntarily touched and asked to provide sex. If theres some kind of resistance from her then money is offered to cover up or to porsue sex.
These girls are usually here from another country in a seasonal position or are haven't been here for too long. Since they have no proof of anything and because they're outsiders, they are usually affraid to say anything, for fear of reputation, being fired or being mistreated. Usually their only means of survival and getting back to their country depends on the part time job they have which is barely enough to pay for rent.
police will do very little because thre's no evidence of anything.
usually not many people can conplain because they go back to their country after a short while, so these individuals keep getting away with it.

One of these days somebody might lose it and do something crazy.

I just wish something legal could be done.

My granddaughter took a job at the Dunkin Donuts located on Manchester Street in Concord, NH. The manager should not be in the position she is in. She yells at her workers constantly. She doesn't care how many people are in the shop, you can hear her yelling and then the worker has to come out to work knowing that everything was just heard by all customers. She has no consideration for anyone.

My granddaughter had to call in on Monday because the alternator in my car died. The manager told my granddaughter that if she didn't come in, she was fired. Needless to say, she no longer has a job. I am writing in hopes that this matter is looked into so no one else will have to suffer the wrath of this manager.

I will not shop at Dunkin Donuts until you apologize for pulling your ad.

I went through they drive through, and they gave me wrong food, when i took it back they were out of the muffin i originally asked for and they said it would be another 30 min, so they let me pick another muffin, which was dry and terrible, and i still had to pay for it after all of the mess i went through, and they made my coffee wrong i asked for a french vanilla coffee collatta, with extra cream, and they gave me french vanilla which was very dark and very strong, with a pile of melted whipped cream on top!! I was very disappointed to say the least! I was 15 minutes late for work because the workers made me wait around for the muffin i originally wanted, until 10 min. Later someone finally told me it was going to be 30 min, so i had to settle for the dry gross muffin that i had to pay for!

What follows is a letter I sent the DD headquarters after a horrible night. I never received a reply.

After a hard day at work, I drove to my local and trusted Dunkin' Donuts for a nice cup of Joe. To my dismay though, what I received was horrible service and an environment that reminded me of a high school cafeteria. What I mean by this is simple to explain. Firstly, I walked into the store and the first thing I noticed was the music. Usually, there is pleasant music playing. This time it was hardcore rap. Uncensored hardcore rap. It was also very loud. I know that it was late at night, but that's no excuse to play that music. Over that music, I heard two men in the back room scream profanities and lewd words at each other. A few of these words would be: "nigger", "cracker", "pussy", 'fag', and 'pussy'. Luckily, my wife and child was in the car. After standing at the counter for what seemed like forever, on of your fine employees came out of the back room. Instead of being greeted in a welcoming way, I was greeted with more profanities. The worker exclaimed a loud "Oh, Shit!" as he looked me straight in the eyes. I Ordered my coffee and left. I did not tip like I usually do. I didn't complain because my kid was sick and I needed to get home. If all that wasn't bad enough, then you're not gonna believe this. The coffee was cold and rancid. I have never been so greatly offended in my lifetime as I was today. From now on, I'm taking my business to McDonald's. I am also going to tell all of my family and friends to never order from your once well operated store. Thank you for your time.
