I went through the drive thru and placed an order consisting of several breakfast sandwiches and an everything bagel with cream cheese. i was told they were out of the everything bagels and had to choose another variety. The girl repeated the entire order back and had me drive up. i paid for the food and received the order. before completely leaving the parking lot, i had my daughter check the bag to make sure everything was there. it wasn't. i had to pull back around, get out and wait in line inside. when i got to the cashier i informed her of the forgotten sandwich, and that my order was repeated back in its entirety. she yelled back to the staff to make my missing sandwich and told me to step aside to wait. As i was waiting the drive thru window girl then came over to inform me that in fact i had not paid for that sandwich. she never rang it up to begin with. ( i was never given a receipt). I then had to get back in line again in order to pay for the missing sandwich. it was when i got to the cashier i noticed that there was, indeed, one everything bagel sitting in the tray. i asked her why i was told they were out when clearly there was one still sitting there. i only got a shrug in return.

i was finally handed the sandwich i ordered - which was not even made correctly.

the entire visit took over 25 minutes. meanwhile the remainder of my order that was in the car with my daughter was cold by the time we got back home.

very unsatisfactory visit. i usually never go to this location. the service is usually always bad. i was hoping it had improved. i was wrong. i will never visit this location again. i will drive a bit further and head up to the watertown location where the service is usually wonderful and the orders are mostly correct.

I had walked into the dunkin donuts in Wheaton Maryland and as soon as I entered a man started harassing me. I walked to the counter to place the order but also to ask that the man behind the counter to call the cops because the customer was being offensive and vulgar with his both violent and sexual harrassment. I am pregnant and engaged and was bring cursed at and being called vulgar names so when the management didn't do anything about the man, I tried to get away from him but he followed me throughout the store and when I left for my car he tres to sexually touch me which I was already calling the police with my cell. He walked away when I started talking to the police officer but it wouldn't have had to get to that point of me almost become sexually assaulted if the employee had just called the cops to begin with. When my fiancé called the store to ask what happened they denied that there was anyone pregnant in there store all day. Please do something about the disrespectful employees at this store, tell them that if someone is being harassed to step in and not be rude to the customer who is the victim.

For at least the last 4 times I have been in the Dunkin Donuts, located in Wellsboro PA, it has been terrible. I have ordered food and had 2 wait while the 2 people after me got their food, because they "forgot" my order. I have ordered food and it has been not what I ordered and the most recent one, Wed. March 16, 2011 I ordered and my receipt was wrong and the sign said my food would be free with a wrong receipt, well when I said something to them they just stood there and looked like I was talking a different languauge or something. I have not had a good experience with that establishment in a while now!

My complaint is against the Dunkin Donuts on East 58th St. and 2nd Ave. in New York City. I purchased 6 donuts in the above named store on Sunday, April 5, 2009. The clerk charged me $4 instead of the 6 for $3 price that has been advertised on tv and radio and on signs right there in the store. The clerk said the price is $4 in Manhattan, which I later found out is untrue. I'm sure there is a scam going on at that location and should be checked immediately. When I called and spoke to the manager the next day, he told me I could come back and get my dollar, not seeming surprised at all, which makes me think he is in on the scam also. Imagine how much money they can put in their pockets at that rate.

I stopped at D&D in Bridgeport, CT on my way to a job, and all I wanted was

a bagel and some water...I got a lot more than that!! I have been a long time customer of D&D, love their coffee but I think I will never go into another D&D again!! I was threatened by an employee, who told me she was going to PUNCH me in the face and call me a Bitch, because I was not ready when she wanted me to be. I just walked up to the coutner to place my order, when I thought I should make sure I had cash on my before making my order. So, I asked her to give me a minute...she coped and attitude and walked away.
I waited patiently at the counter until she returned, only to be ignored by her, so I place my order and she pretended not to hear me, although she was standing right in front of me, she finally looked and said-What? What did you say you wanted? This made me very upset, so I looked at her and asked, "you didn't hear me"? and she said "no, I wasn't paying attention to you! Because I asked you before if you was ready and you weren't, so".
I told her that she should have been paying attention to her customer, since she is customer service and all, I mean excuse me for making her do her job! Imagine that-actually doing what you get paid to do. Who would have thought.
She then turned to the assistant manager and said "come and take care of this bitch, before I go out from behind the counter and punch her in the face"
I could not believe it!! In all of the years and all of the Dunkin and Donuts I have visited, I may have come across a few employees with attitudes, but never been threatened by one. I will be writing a letter the owner of that Dunkin and Donuts, Corporate and the better of business bureau.
