Terrible service!
I went to Dunkin Donuts ( 127 Tremont St, Boston, MA) store on 12/26 evening around 5pm to buy a $20 gift card. But I waited for over 10 minutes after the cashier swiped my credit card and still can't get my gift card. Something wrong with the computer system I think. The cashier was on the phone and trying to call somebody to fix the problem I think. There was a long line behind me. I didn't want to wait anymore and didn't want other people to wait because of me either. So I asked them to refund $20 to my credit card. The girl there told me that they can't refund $20 to my credit card now and I have to come back next morning to see the manager to pick up my $20 gift card. I said I don't have time to come back next day and I just want to have my money back to my credit card. The girl told me she can't give my money back and didn't explain why. And just told me to come back next day to see the manager to get the gift card I bought. The manager will be in the store from 6am- 1pm. Then I think it's ok to come back again. So I asked her to give me a receipt and she refused. I said there is no proof of my purchase and how I get my gift card next day. The girl said she can't give me a receipt and didn't explain. Then she let me write down a note on a piece of paper such as " I pick up my $20 gift card". I let her to sign the paper, but she refused. I insisted somebody to sign it. Then she asked another girl to sign. I was completely confused. I didn't understand what's going on here. She didn't explained anything to me. I didn't want to bother and just think I will come back tomorrow and everything will be fine. I came to the store next morning and asked for manager. A lady asked me why. I showed her the notes I wrote down last day. She said " oh, the system down yesterday. Your credit card was not charged. If it got charged you can call617-464-3796 ext 306. " I said " the girl told me yesterday that my credit card already charged and let me pick my gift card today. " The lady said " did she give you a receipt?" I said no. because she said she can't give it to me. I don't understand why. Then the lady said she is sure that my card was not charged. All Dunkin Donuts system was down yesterday. Just call that number if credit card got charged. So I believed her and bought another $20 gift card. But today 12/31 when I checked my credit card balance, it shows that they charged me two $20. I am really upset now. If the system got a problem, they should explain clearly to me.The cashier and the manager told me completely different things. And now I have to spend my own time to call that number to get my $20 credit back to my credit card. This is not right.

Poor Service
The dunkin donuts in bloomfield ave next to staples in Bloomfield,NJ has a very poor service. Its bathrooms are disgusting. The manager can't even speak English nor can't serve a costumer. He has a very bad attitude toward the workers and the costumers.The service is slow, and they don't have enough people in the counter. It is a shame that the service of this store has change so fast. It looks like as if the manger of the store was not certificated by Dunkin Donuts.
Please attend to this matter as soon as possible.

Poor quality product!
Well lets see since this Dunkin Donuts has opened I have visited quit a few times. Every single time i go first of all the people can not speak English. Hello this is America you came to our country. Second of all you spend so much time trying to speak with them you get so furious you don't even care to finish your order or come back for that matter. This Dunkin Donuts sucks and I mean seriously there donuts are never fresh they are almost stale when you bite into them and they never have the ones you want whats up with that? It's holiday time now almost halloween and they don't even carry the holiday donuts for my daughter. At first I thought maybe it was because they just opened and didn't have the hang of things so i made sure i gave it enough time before i stopped back and it still sucked. Now i am just completely turned off by all of them it makes me think i am going to waste more of my money because i don't just buy 1 donut i usually buy about 2 dozen and a box of munchkins so my daughter has her own. Ive wasted my money of 5 trips so far and my family has the same problem and so do my friends with this one. I believe they need to be shut down or someone else needs to come show them how things are done. One of these times i am going to visit and they are going to be surprised when i have the time to turn my car back around and throw there nasty food back in there face and tell them how i feel.

Scam and cheating!
Today, I was using a 99 cent coupon for a medium ice coffee and the employee mistakingly gave me a small one. When I pointed this out, another employee took the small iced coffee, poured it into a medium cup with ice (enough ice so the medium cup was now full) and handed me the "medium" iced coffee. I looked at him incredulously (as did the others in line) and asked "That's it? Doesn't a medium iced coffee have more coffee than a small iced coffee?" No, he told me, they have the same amount of coffee.
I've been suspicious for a long time that I was being cheated by the amount of ice you put into the cups, but now I have proof. The only difference between a small, medium, and large iced coffee is the amount of ice! That's quite expensive ice I'm paying for when I get a large.
For now on, I'm buying a small iced coffee and asking for an empty large cup. I'll make the transfer myself and then ask for extra ice.

Stupid commercial!
Dunkin Donuts has the stupidest new advertisement ever, and therefore I will never buy from their establishment again. They got a bunch of dumb zombies who shop at Wal-Mart everyday to sing this annoying song about how the names of the coffee were surprisingly foreign, and they were all like "Is it French, or is it Italian? Perhaps Fratalian?" Dumb, and certainly unremarkable. What happened to the fat guy with a mustache that used to do the Dunkin Donuts commercial? This just proves that the company has gone downhill.

Low customer treatment
I went to Odenton area visiting my friend on Oct 16, 2006. And I stopped by Dunkin Donuts drive thru for two large coffees at in between 9:30 thru 10:00am. I gave one 20 dollar bill to the casher, and she only gave me $6.xx back to me, so I told casher that I about that , then she was telling me that I only gave her 10 dollar bill, of course her punched in 10 dollars, she told my to pull my car to the side. Then few minutes she came out and wants me to leave my contact number, and then she will let me know if she is wrong I can come back anytime. I went home and call the store manager, the manager told me the cashier put the money in to right place, this is the problem bother me, the manager was not stand beside her, how can he said she is right, and he also telling me some customer always think they are right. He said he can't count the drawer now, they needed to follow the routine, they check the drawer at 2:00 pm, and he will call me for result. He called me back around near two, and said to me they already check the drawer and there is only extra $4 in draw not $10, he said he can check the video tape to check, he called me back and said can't find anything to proof but he will pay $10 back to me and I can stop by tomorrow.
I went down there this morning about at 9:40, the staff told me that manager will not be in at noon, she said the drawer was correct yesterday, I told her the story, and come back afternoon. I told them I'm coming back I left my name, phone number and address and ask them send me a check, staff said she will let him call me. I have not received anything from them.
I complaint this is not for only 10 bucks, is how they treat customer and don't try to result the problem.

Decline in donut quality complaint!
This is the second week in a row that we've noticed a decline in product quality at Dunkin Donuts (Annapolis Maryland). The donuts appear smaller, greasier, less appetizing, less appealing colors, less wholesome and do not taste the same as they did just a couple of months ago. The chocolate tastes off. The blueberry tastes like something one would get out of a freezer box and cook in a microwave. The glazed is the saddest. It's hardly risen, and the coating is almost non-existent. I used the last of my Christmas coupon books to buy this dozen. We never used to have left-over donuts. But, I'll bet that about half of this dozen will be thrown away or half-eaten... just like the dozen we bought last week. I've very disappointed. No more Dunkin Donuts for me. That's probably a good thing though. They're probably the worst thing we could be eating in the morning.
