my father and I visit the dunkin donuts on 190 in stafford springs ct we get there around 6:30pm in the evening. Every time we go thru the drive thru they screw up or order. You ask for 2 small hot coffees cream no sugar. They give you black coffee. that was the third visit. The 1st visit after the remolding was done we went and got two ice coffees and they where so milky I took them back in and told her to just make them black and put the cream on the side. The 2nd visit we asked for 2 small coffees cream no sugar they gave us black coffee with sugar had to go in again and get creamer. There is also a sign free donut with the purchase of beverage. well there suppose to ask you about that. We never get any reciepts. They are very irresponsable children. The 3rd visit they gave my father his coffee and the lid fell off and scalded his hand because the coffee was so hot. It does not taste like coffee it tast like dish water with suds. We should get either free coffee for a year or a gift card to replace the awful service.

I live in Farmington, NM and get my donuts here twice a week, but I think my business is going to Walmart. The reasons behind this is the service I get in the morning. I ask for something on the menu board and its out or the ladies say their out. Not only that they give me a dirty look and a unghhh. I dont thik this is very professional. I talk to freinds and other people in the community and they also dislike the service. Today a lady named marilyn just went to the back and started talking about the night before with another co-worker, I was left waiting for my order. this was at the store on 3030 E main Farmington, NM. Thanks to a younger female employee who came to and finish my order. This type of service can ruin a company's reputation. Especially if one person tells 10 people and the ten people tell 10 more. Pretty soon business goes down.

This DD was great when the manager "Wendy" worked there, now they have this NASTY, DIRTY, manager who literally harrasses an employee named "Joel Santiago". The same day this woman came in to work for the first time on that site, she became a total dog to him for no apparent reason calling him a Bum, a person who knows nothing and can't do anything right. YET this one person trained within 3 days of training when it was supposed to be for 1-2 weeks, from what other employees have stated, he was the first to complete that training in the shortest amount of time and has done everything in at store on the books. Clients never gave a complaint, including myself, I and a few clients simply ask for him and when he is not there, we tend to leave, WHY? Because he does a great job at work. This woman yells and threatens to fire him, a man with two children to take care of. I personally saw with my own eyes and ears this woman literally screaming at the top of her lungs at Joel, thus the employee had enough of it and lashed out with words to her. She told him to leave after he went to the back to clean the area and she told him that she would call the cops if he didnt leave. This woman even argued with him because he threw away Old, MOLDY donuts and bagels in the trash, to which she stated were [Quote] "Still good, why the fuck are you trying to throw them away!" He told her they were old and moldy and she Lashed at him with insults and threats.

This woman needs to be reported and removed from that site. The employees that also work with Joel really can not stand her nasty behavior . She does not tend to the elderly properly and does not give them their senior discounts like they are supposed to. She is disgusting and does nothing for the business but make it worse. Is there any way you can help remove this woman from those premises since there have been complaints about her and the company does nothing about it, even about the harrassments this woman makes to her employees?

I had a bad experience with dunkin donut pioneer branch general santos, philippines.when my group of classmates decided to study there. Of course we ordered. The store owner ask us if we will stay there for long ? Because according to them there will be other customers who will used our tables and chairs.although that time there are only few customers. They said even if you ordered its not a reason for you to stay there for long.damn what a stupid management do they have. is there such a rule in dunkin donut? That you could not stay for more than 1 hour?instead of telling there customers that they should not stay long. Why not try to add extra chairs and tables so that they can accomodate everyone.i hope you someone reprimand the owner of that store.
