To me it seemed that alot of the people working the day crew at the DD/BR on Eau Gallie Blvd could have cared less about the customers. The employees always seem to be messing around. The store was always dirty. Except towards the end of the night when they're night crew was working. I was a regular customer until one day I had been waited on by a woman named Bonnie. You could tell she was just not a very clean person. She always had whoever the crew member she was working with running around cleaning and helping the customers and mainly doing all of the work. And when the crew member was just a little too busy to jump right to the counter she seemed to get mad at the employee and seemed to have a bad attitude towards the customers as if they were bothering her. When I would walk into this establishment and Bonnie was working it seemed to me as if she was always in the office doing "paperwork" and I would sometimes ask the crew members "what is she doing in there?" and most of they're responses were honestly I don't know but she seems to always be in there? And when Bonnie would help me with whatever it is that I was ordering turned out horrible and a couple of times I would say something which seemed to get her more annoyed with me. She was always trying to rush me out which she seemed to do with alot of the customers she delt with. She seemed to have such a fake attitude and seemed to talk about the customers under her breath. I loved some of the other employees that worked here. But because it seems to me that Bonnie is always there, my service and MONEY will be taken else where. And for whoever loves Dunkin Donuts or Baskin Robins I would suggest you do the same. Because she is one of the RUDEST workers there.
