lack of customer service
I have been going to Dunkin Doughnuts as long as I can remember. This is about the 10th time I visited this perticular store as it is relatively newly built. However, the workers are associated with the Dunkin I have gone to for years further out Belair Rd and they know and recognize us when we come in the store. A week ago when we visited this facility, we ordered about 4 doughnuts and our coffee's. One of my group needed a cup of water to take some pills. One of the help told him they do not give water to anyone and that he could purchase a bottle of water from their case.

If he needed a whole bottle of water, he would have purchased it.
If we had not been regular customers for years and had just walked in from the street wanting only water that would be a differentstory.
If we had not spent about $14 that trip that would have also been understandable.

What way is this to treat a loyal customer. I am not the person denied a cup of water but am the one that decided to write you. What this employee did was stop the 4 of us from going to this Dunkin Doughnuts facility and possibly any at this point. I am however, curious as if this practice would be the same in any store. Completely disappointed in DD's.

Rude Manager
I have been a resident of Belmont most of my life, and also have been going to our local Dunkins for the past 12 years, I know that things happen and people have bad days, I was a waitress for 11 years so I understand that the food industry and costumer service can get a bit challenging at times, , But I also understand you need to suck it up... The Manager Angela, at Dunkins apparently does not feel the same way, , She is rude to her employees, rude to the costumers and has no consideration for anyone but herself, I have witnessed it myself, things like picking on the less fortunate, not giving employees messages they receive, and just being down right rude and unprofessional, my question is WHY IS SHE STILL THERE, , Well who knows? in this economy you would think it was easy to find a replacement for her, I don't wish for her to loose her job, i just wish for her to not be doing management, and find something more suitable to her skill level. A truck driver might be good, then she could enjoy her own company, I'm sure she could find another that requires you to be rude, , Oh I got it, , , , a Bill Collector.. Perfect
There is a nice older lady there I always see and she and most of the other staff are very kind and helpful, and that's why I continue to go back, It must be awful going to work knowing you have to face someone like Angela as a boss, I am not a complainer, this is my first time doing something like this, and I was hesitant at first, but I know I'm not the only person that feels this way and needed to express my anger somehow

Stay away
I am disgusted with Dunkin Doughnuts, you go in and ask for a bagel with cream cheese... and you get home and to no advail you find your bagel is naked:?( How wrong is that?? And the lady that checked me out said, "U saved two dollars and fourty centy cents, ok wooppy... but, no cream cheese... and oh yes, I got an iced coffee and it sucked.. too!! God, can this day start out any more wrong????? Really disgusted. My Advice stay away from DD.

service
7-30-09 I just returned from DD and the lady at the drive through was very rude and impatient. She didn't say thankyou or anything when she handed me my order, so I sat there till she came back to ask me what the problem was? I said nothing and just gave her a look and she finally said thankyou and I left. Her demaenor was not of a fast food attendent but of a pissed off sailor. Regarding the food the sausage egg cheese crousiant was great, and the apple fritter was not good. The iced cappacino was to strong and not icey enough, the chocolate cover bavarian cream was cheap and stale. I won't be going there again so if it matters to any business owner you just last customer and her family.

was totally ignored as a customer
My husband and i were on the way to the hospital for a test. I went in to dunkin doughnuts to get some of their good coffee. The boy at the counter was new and he explained he did not have any experience. He tried to locate one of the other workers to help me. They repeatedly ignored me. they went about their business of filling coffee for other customers in the drive up. So I patiently waited. the young man said he was sorry, he tried again to get the others to wait on me. but again nothing. After 6 or 7 minutes. I said, dont worry about it we have an appointment and I need to go. EVEN THEN, they didnt make an effort to see what i needed. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDLY. I love Dunkin Doughnuts coffee, but if this is how they treat customers, I guess, I can do without it. I thought that someone needed to know that these workers are driving away business, In this current economy, I just cant believe it.

overpriced and stale
my wife recently went to dunkin doughnuts and bought a dozen doughnuts. she was outraged with the price of them. 12.00 dollars a dozen. kind of steep for doughnuts that are shipped in and stale. what happened to the ad that says they are made every four hours on the premises. we will no longer buy anything from this company again. we will be doing our business with shoprite. at least they make their doughuts there and they are fresh and cost less. i guess if everyone else is raising prices and screwing the public, dounkin doughnuts may as well also.

my wife recently went to dunkin doughnuts in phillipsburg. she was outraged by the price of them. 12.oo dollars a dozen. kind of steep for doughnuts that are shipped in and are stale. we will never do bussiness with this company again. at least they are fresher and made on the premises. plus they don't cost as much for a dozen. i guess you may as well jump on the band wagon too since everyone else is raiseing prices.

hot tea
I was going to work for 6:30 in the morning, I live 15 min. away from the store. I ordered a tea, when I recieved it the cover was not on it good and it spilled over me. I told them, they did nothing I even paid for the tea. I had to go back home and change up and was half and hour late for work not counting the time it took me to get back home. Poor Customer Service/Management
I chose to take my son to get a 'Smoothy' after school for getting some really good grades. This Dunking Doughnuts location is relatively new in the area and I had yet to visit it. So, this was my first and last time to this location.

After placing my order, I was told to drive to the window whereupon I waited for over five minutes. No one acknowledged us or took my money. Since my son was looking forward to this treat, I decided to go in instead of leave. I politely told the clerk that I ordered a 'Smoothy.' He told me she was making it. Seconds later, the MANAGER rudely put the 'Smoothy' down in the middle of the counter where I had to reach for it and then she disappeared again to the side where I can't see her. I asked the clerk to speak to the manager and the clerk told me that was her, so obviously it wouldn't have done any good to complain there.

There are too many people needing jobs and willing to do a quality job to have sorry workers as this one employed much less be a manager. What should have been a nice treat for my son and me turned into a frustrating experience because of her ineptness at how to service customers. Why she is the manager is a mystery that will most likely remain unsolved. Hopefully the correct consequence will be solved and carried out-for other customers' sakes.

I am an understanding person. Had this person been new, or young, I probably would have overlooked it, but the fact she is a manager leaves no excuse for this situation. Also, had she just simply handed me the Smoothy politely and thanked me at least, I would have overlooked it. We are all stressed out in today's world. Going to Dunkin Doughnuts should be a smile in our day. I sincerely hope no other customer has to endure this kind of bad service again from this location. I won't because I will not be going back.

bleach in coffee
Today I went to get a latte at dunkin d's. I first went through the drive through ordered payed for my stuff and left. Once I got down the road started to drink my latte. I smelled bleach WTF!Every time I took a sip I smelled bleach. I looked at cup and smelled coffee inside and found some kind of bleach chemical smell on cup possibly in coffee too. So I took it back and asked to speak to the manager who by the way was ignoring the problem( hello I just drank bleach****@#!) he totally dismissed that there was a problem with my latte and walked away.Another employee refunded my money, but I am soooo ooo oooo not happy with that.Tell me, Would you like cream and sugar oh and bleach? I dont think I would get away with serving some food tainted with a little bleach, maybe even someone would accuse me of attempted manslaughter by neglegaince of serving a potentialy deadly cup of coffee.I sure dont think they would sit in front of me and drink a cup of bleach and tell me its ok, their ok, and thier is no problem with that. My head hurts now oh no.
