retailation
Mr.conta at dunkin donuts interveiw me and I got hired.
and I work for one week and Mr. Conta tells me to call him before I come i the next work day and also told me that one of his previous employee was coming back and he would call me if he need me I for Mr.conta corporate office number and he stared yelling and told me if I call the corparate office on him I want have job and told me he'll call me if need me.this was unfair to me as well as my children .Mr. cont did not say to me that I staying just until this previous employee come back please call me andI want to file a retailation complain shantina barlow at 773 584 2474 for more detail please .

Bought coffee to brew at home
Two weeks ago, my husband bought 2 Lbs. of Decaf Coffee. Last week
when he went to use one of the bags to brew some coffee, he discovered that he hadayd bought the whole bean type by mistake. I told him to go back and see if we could trade them in for gound. Well, the manager told him that they don't do that and not only that had thhe nerve to tell him to take the 2 Lbs. of coffee to Shaw's to grind it. I couldn't believe that they couldn't have at least had to courtesy to take the coffee and grind it for us. We have been living in Randolph MA for 28 years and ever since this DunkinDonuts coffee shop has been open we have been going there, loyal customers. I go in there twice a day every day and spent at least $5.00 a day, that's at least
$35.00./week. I can't believe that you would want your business to be looked at in this way. This is not good business practice. You'd rather lose a customer who spends at least $35/week/$150/mth/!600/yr. than either replace the 2 Lbs. of coffee or take it back and grind it. That's pretty sad. I would hope to at least get a refund.

rude Employee
I went to dunkin donuts on (9/26/10 at 10:52 am, well, i decided to get a few things for my kids.An employee working at the time treated me with rude customer service, when i asked him to warm up my bagels! His response was "are you kidding, you gonna make me warm them up".I replied yes! Employee rolled his eyes and made sounds as if that was to much to asks for.Well after all that, I wanted to order some hot chocolate and coffee, employee replied to me"I know you not planning to order more stuff to eat", I replied not any more not with that nasty attitude of yours!After all that took place, service was given with attitude from employee, and I left the store feeling very upset because other customers were waiting in line and observing the bad treatment of service employee was giving me!I didn't even eat the food I purchased and threw it away in the trash can outside store! I plan on calling the corporate number, and even boycott this location because of the rudeness I recieved, because no one should have to go through this with their children!

rude employee and idiot manager, customer service is stupid,nasty
My name is peter william. Last week i went to the dunkin donut which is located in manchester expy. columbus- Georgia. In that dunkin employees are stupids, idiots, because customer service is not good. that dunkin's manager is not good. he dont know how to handle that dunkin. i went to that store and them service was bad so i ran away from that store. I will recommanded to other people that dont go this dunkin donuts. i want to tell his owner that you are going to lose atleast $100.00 per week. This is my order which is you are going to lose:- 10 box joe, 10 to 15dz donuts, 25 to 30 sandwichs. and other requirements are munchkins, might be 300, because we are doing party every week. owner is losing his business. I'll never go this dunkin in my life.

My boyfriend & I have been getting our extra large coffees every morning for the passed 5 years - every morning - at the same Dunkindonuts 2 minutes up the street from us on RT. 222 at the Hess gas station by RT. 61 and I'm now to the point I'm sick & tired of getting burnt tasting coffee because the lady behind the counter is hung over AGAIN - if she even showed up for her shift or if the lady behind the Hess gas station register has to take care of her customers for her or turning them away completely because there is no coffee made. It's rediculous!!!

I paid $4.99 for 6 donuts and they were so hard and dry that I had to throw them away. It was a waste of money and the clerk let me buy them knowing that they should have been dumped like she was dumping other trays.

bad service
every time i use a coupon in the fox point location i think it on Gano Street Prov i have problems they do nut put the coupons in right thes cashiers are not properly trained at when new things come likr the new promotions they never ring them wrong they are also extremly very rude i have never had any one me that was so rude
