Stolen Utilities Electric

I have now been harassed and threatened for four years in my own home and yard by my neighbors. I have asked the police repeatedly for help only to be told I will be arrested or taken to court because the man next door and his woman counterpart ( 27 years old) is in charge of this county and he makes the rules here.Yesterday after being threatened again in my own yard, not one but two police show up to tell me I am scaring the 27 year old male by talking back to him when he is calling me a crazy stupid b--ch and telling me he owns my electric meter and back porch and I am not to walk on it or use our electric meter it is in his yard and he owns it.When I tried to explain the electric meter is in OUR NAME and we pay the bill he once again began threatening me and calling me names and told me I have 4 feet off of my home and he owns our utilities and the entrance to my home. He then sent the police over to threaten me with being arrested because I lost it and told him I would shove something up his as-. He then stammered and almost started crying and yelled call the police. I might add here I am a 49 year old housewife, 5'3 and about 110 pounds.A state trooper AND a sheriff arrived telling me they could arrest me for threatening the man who is stealing our utilities.I told them I did not have a weapon outside and I did not do anything except talk back to a grown adult man who has been threatening me for years in my own yard. I also told them I have asked for help over and over again with him harassing me which includes being shot at.Their response once again..they cannot do anything. When I told them he does not own our utility pole or pay the bill.. their response..they cannot do anything. He can do whatever he wants to me. Unless THEY (the police) SEE IT they cannot do anything. SO WHY CAN the man who threatens me call AND SAY WHATEVER THEY WANT AND THE POLICE CAN HELP THEM?????If they cannot do anything(the police) UNLESS THEY SEE IT why are they showing up and threatening me???Can anyone answer this question. I can. Because the man next door runs the county for the police.

Mail Again

Well this time Dutchess County and New York State have decided we cannot even have The United States Military send mail to our legal address! That's right, because no one in this County or State would investigate the 6 mail complaints I filed asking for help with our mailing address being stolen now my son cannot receive his military mail. It has been our address since 1999. The County of Dutchess FORCED us to change our address. We have the Paper telling us we must or be fined and now almost ten years later our address is still being used by anyone who wants to. So they can also steal any mail they want that is sent by the United States Military. Today I was inside and someone banged on my door, by the time I got to the door a Budget Movers Truck was speeding away. Laying at the bottom of our stairs was a package sent to my son who is in The National Guard. The box was opened and left out in the rain. I could not get the truck number or plate number. It clearly says on the box THIS IS A GOVERNMENT ISSUED PRODUCT. But they not only through my son's Army Military box outside in the rain they slit it open and left it there opened. Which means they tampered with Military mail. Maybe the experts in Dutchess County who have been covering this up for 9 years can explain to the United States Military why they are letting thieves tamper with their mail now. I've tried to get answers for 9 years maybe the Army will have better luck.I have the paperwork but this County and State refuse to even speak to me let alone look at the paper saying we were forced to change our address. We also have all or fully PAYED mortgage statements and our lease for our lot saying this is our address. The landlord signed it himself and sent it to our legal address in 2001 when the theives started using it!!!
