I bought a notebook- model dv5-1150et in February 6, 2009. After using two months this notebook, there are ruffles in the screen. I couldn't see the screen because of these ruffles. I took notebook to the technical service so it’s within guarantee. The notebook stayed in technical service approximately 17 days. I got back notebook from technical service, the problem with the screen is solved, but now there was another problem-the notebook fan is studying too noisy. This noise takes 2-3 minutes, noise stops and then it begins to study noise. This problem arised within two days. After then, I took my notebook for going to technical service again. Technical service took notebook, I started to wait again. At the same time, I called technical service in order to get information about notebook- is the problem solved or not. I waited approximately 16 days for solving the problem. Today I went to take notebook and I was surprised that I have another problem. The screen colour seems colourless. I couldn't see the writings or other symbols on the screen.
I'm a student in university. I have much homework to do but I haven't got notebook for doing my homework. I was aggrieved by in this situation.
I want to another notebook while my notebook in technical service because I couldn't do my work on time. Please find a solution. Either give me a new notebook (refund money can be possible) because I was tired a lot going to technical service or change this notebook with the new one. I hope you don't say '' give your notebook to the technical service again''. Actually I got bored waiting for repairing.
