I bought this entire set of Dark Shadows for approximately $150.00. It was copied/produced in an Asian country so that I could not read the labels and half of the DVD's are blank. Spoke with Tracy in customer service, she sent replacements, they too were blank after being shipped from the same Asian company. I spoke with Tracy again and she wanted me to send the bad DVD's back at my expense. Heck no. I got so fired up that I just chalked this up to experience with a bad company and went ahead to buy the complete set from Amazon. My biggest issue at this moment is the harrassing e-mails I keep receiving, every other week. I have tried to tell them to stop but they won't. I would like all of my money invested for the bad product, but they told me no.
