We ordered Hawaii Five-O and when we received they were blurry and the cases broken. I called and when I finally got to someone in customer service they were backordered but would ship a new set out soon. They told me this 3-4 times. I was able to get in touch with someone who told me they would send an envelope for us to return for credit. This never happened as well as no return calls.
