DVD ordered, but never shipped!

I ordered DVD set in the amount of 78.99 on Jan 16th and I never received confirmation that the order was shipped nor can I get through on their phone line ,always there is no one here to help you and they never call back. Last night they sent me an e-mail saying it was backordered and if I wanted to cancel just hit the cancel order and when I did it would not let me in. They took 100. 58 from my account 4 days after the order plus I was charged 1.00 for a foreign transaction fee so they are not in this country so it seems. I went down and canceled my ATM card at the bank and got a new one so they can not use it again. I advise everyone who has ordered from these people to do the same.

SET IMCOMPLETE/USED/DAMAGED

FOR $49.99, $19.19 S&H I RECEIVED 3 OF 6 DVDs IN THE WOLF LAKE SERIES. THEY ADVERTISED A 6 DISC BOXED SET. WHAT I RECEIVED WAS 3 USED AND DAMAGED (A MESS)DVDs, CANNOT READ PRINT ON ANY OF THEM. DISC ONE MAY BE DISC THREE FOR ALL YOU CAN TELL. NO BOX FOR BOX SET, NUMEROUS CALLS, MESSAGES, THREE CALLS WERE ACTUALLY ANSWERED BY THE SAME WOMAN, AFTER HOLDING FOREVER. THERE MAY BE A SCAM IN THAT AS WELL. PROMISED $ BACK. THEIR PHONE MAIL MESSAGE SAYS, "PRIDE IN QUALITY SERVICE". E-MAILS UNDELIVERABLE.

WHAT CAN BE DONE TO CATCH THESE PEOPLE AND THEY BE PROSECUTED, MONEY BACK AND CONSUMER SATISFICATION?.
