Ripped off!
Same story that happened to everyone, happened to me. I ordered the complete set of BATMAN videos for my grandson. They have the money, I have an invalid tracking number. DO NOT USE DVD donkey!

Scam and fraud!
Where do I start. I should have suspected something when I saw the character of Donkey from Shrek. That is a copyrighted character. Oh well. I ordered "Perfect Strangers", probably my favorite TV show. When I got the package (which arrived in a timely manner), I started watching the DVD's. Three of the episodes I watched froze in the middle of the episode. One of the DVD's, clearly marked "Perfect Strangers" contained episodes of "JAG". Another DVD was totally blank. Another episode was slightly out of sync.
To add insult to injury, I found that their "promise" to respond to e-mails within 24-48 hours was totally bogus. After I threatened to start legal proceedings, they responded. Gee, go figure. They told me that they would refund my money (which they did within 2 days) and send me a return envelope in which to return the videos. They also informed me that they would take the postage out of the refund money. I didn't much care, because I just wanted to get rid of the worthless DVDs.
So now it is two weeks later. I STILL don't have a return envelope. And as I have lost the invoice, I have NO idea of the return address ( except that it is in Canada). My google search of the company name led me to this site.
Thank you for allowing me to vent.

Scam and cheating!
My daughter ordered The Wonder Years DVD set as a Christmas gift. They charged the $80 to my card and never sent the merchandise. She was devastated. It is despicable that this company can get away with this unscathed.

Non-receipt of goods!
I placed an order with this company two months ago and still haven't received my order. I have tried contacting them with there live chat and just get empty promises. They charge your credit card straight away and don't delivery. Buyers beware of DVD Donkey. I have reported my case to the internet crimes unit at the FBI, if you are in the same boat, then this might be an option for you too.

Payment taken, no merchandise, overcharged credit card!
I placed an order for the complete series of 'That 70's Show' from DVD donkey online two weeks before Christmas. I then noted that the incorrect payment was removed from my account - I was overcharged $40 US. It has now been 5 weeks since I made the purchase and I have not received anything and nor has anyone made contact with me after I emailed their contact us section (which advised me they would reply within 48 hours).

scam
WOW!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A HUGE SCAM!!! I ORDERED ON DEC 6 FOR CHRISTMAS. LIKE MOST OF THE OTHER COMLAINTS I DID NOT RECIEVE A CONFIRMATION, ONLY THE INVOICE THAT I THANKFULLY PRINTED WHEN I ORDERED. THEY SENT ME A FAKE TRKNG #ON THE 29th, YET TOOK MY MONEY ON THE 10th. THEN THEY TOOK MORE MORE MONEY THAN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO!!!!! I AM TRYING TO GET THE $ RESOLVED WITH THE BANK AND I CONTACTED AN INVESTIGATOR IN CANADA, NOW I JUST HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE. THEESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES AND LIARS. PLEASE DONT PUT YOURSELF IN THIS SITIUATION. I AM AN HONEST PERSON AND HOPEFULLY THE NEXT PERSON WHO IS THINKIKING OF ORDERING WILL READ THIS FIRST AND BE SPARED.

Non receipt of goods!
DVD Donkey are very quick to charge your credit card but don't deliver. Stay away from them. Just have to google "DVD Donkey" to see what kind of business they are. It has been two months and nothing, they won't respond to e-mails and only converse via live chat, which takes forever and they promise you every thing and deliver nothing. I have referred my case to the internet crimes site at the FBI. If you have encountered the same thing may suggestion is to report it too.

Scam artists!
I ordered the complete series of Beverly Hills 90210 for my daughter. She lost here husband a few months ago and she has since then really gotten into the show. She says it helps take her mind off of things for a while. Anyways I ordered all ten seasons like 2 months ago and have not received them. They have sent me and e-mail giving me a tracking number but when you type it in it says that that tracking number is not in the system. So in other words it is a fake one.

Unethical business practices!
DO NOT ORDER FROM DVD DONKEY!!! Ordered a DVD set as a gift for Christmas before I checked web to see if company was reliable. My mistake. Company misrepresented charge to my account, e-mailed me one amount then charged my credit card a higher amount. They have not returned any e-mails and phone numbers do not work. They continue to send me an automated e-mail that states my order is on backorder and they will get it out to me as soon as possible. NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED AND IT WILL BE A GIANT HEADACHE TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

Fake DVD and not received one lot!
I have been ripped off!!! by DVD Dokey - do not buy!!! I ordered two sets prior to xmas - thin king they are a safe site as I accessed it off a sponsored site form ebay. I received one set and they were fake!!! Dvds and have not even received the other. They have of course taken y money form my credit card. Where do I go from here!!! Surely with so many complaints something should be done.
