Abysmal customer service!
16 days ago I ordered a DVD. I noticed an excessive shipping fee ($19 for a 3 oz product). I submitted an email asking for an explanation of this outrageous charge. Company has a "guarantee" of responding to emails within 24-48 hours. To date, I have not received my product or a response to my email. Further, I went to the site to find a phone # so I could contact the company directly. No phone # available. No surprise there. Smells like a scam.

No product, no refund!
I placed an order Nov. 21, 2007, to a set of dvds, no response to e mails, their "live chat" person was reached online on 4 separate occasions and I was given 4 separate shipping dates, they promised a refund, none received to date.

Not Trustworthy Business
Ordered DVD's. Money immediately taken out of my account but no dvds sent. Customer service number only voice mail. No replies to emails. Totally aggravating experience!!!

No merchandise, credit card charged, unable to contact anyone via email or phone, web-site seems to have disappeared
Placed an order in november, had not received confirmation until january. Talked with some one who said package was sent in early december, given tracking number, no package in system.
Received confirmation of order and shipment in late dec/early jan, given same tracking number, still not in system. Credit card charged, no merchandise and am unable to reach any one.
?SCAM!!!!!!!

Do not use DVD Donkey!
Do not use DVD DONKEY they are a huge rip off!!!! I purchased a hard to find collection through them for my father which I expedited so that he would receive it by Christmas. To my chagrine it was never sent. Not only did they charge my credit card but they failed to respond to any of my attempts at contacting them, whether by e-mail or phone. The real kicker is I called right after I made the order as I found the product elsewhere (cheaper) and spoke with a woman on LIVE CHAT who assured me my order was cancelled and that my card would not be charged. PLEASE DO NOT USE DVD DONKEY they will charge you and never send the product!

Rip off mone taken no DVD sent
Ordered DVDs money taken no product supplied. When I confornted them that it was a scam on their live chat they suddenly didn.t want to chat anymore. What a surprise!!!

Failed to deliver product!
Place an order on 21 DEC 07 for a DVD set. Have not received the product, a confirmation email or been able to contact or talk to anyone at this company as of today 31 Dec 07. Of course I found this website and other complaints after I placed the order. I have also gone to the BBB website and submitted a complaint. I suggest anyone who has be @#$@ed over by DVD Donkey do the same.

Never received item!
Never received the item. Never received response to e-mails or phone calls. Got them once on "live chat" told item would ship soon. Never received it. Had to contact credit card company. Trying to get Homefront, my favorite TV show.

DVD ordered yet not delivered!
I have purchased DVDs for value of more than 150 USD an almost month ago. Order confirmation never was emailed to me neither product delivery has happened. Emailing complaint to the company is not successful to date. Contacting them is not possible. All looks like a big SCAM.

Delivery issues!
Ordered two sets of The Chronicles of Young Indiana Jones- One 4 set (should have been 3) arrived and the other did not at all. Also, no shipping information or return information tool in packaging. This appears to be happening frequently. Sorry for all of us expecting these videos. Tried to call and email without success.
