Scam artist
This company is nothing but a scam. I never received the movies I ordered. When I contacted them I was always told that the "product has been shipped". They just took my money.

not receiving product I paid for
I recently ordered a set of DVDs from this website. After purchasing the item, I was charged $7.14 more than was originally shown. I also have been unsuccessful at getting a response by email since I never received a confirmation email for the item I purchased.

Bad quality and incomplete DVDs!
I live overseas, and ordered the entire 6 seasons of "Judging Amy". I received the DVDs, and have found that NOT A SINGLE DVD works properly. Each DVD supposedly has 4 episodes. Not a single DVD has 4 viewable episodes. The DVDs are unable to negotiate properly, i.e., fastforward, fast backward, "next", etc. Several of the DVDs will not even read.
I don't know what good this letter will do, but just know that they took good money for a bad product.

Scam and cheating!
I found this website when I was looking for a box set of the complete That 70s Show, it seemed to be the only website that had it. They have charged my credit card $176 AUD but after a week I have not received an confirmation of order, so I tried to send off an contact them email which appears to be blocked or dodgy and did not receive a response. There is a live person link which I typed a query in and within 1 hour I received this response.

So far the tracking no. doesn't work, it appears I am just one person on a long list of complainers who have had anything from not receiving the product to being overcharged to finding out that the goods are dodgy in nature involving ads and wrong content etc.
I will keep this updated as to what my experience is in the end. At the moment I am going to try and see if my bank can do anything as they are a police credit union.
Also I will try and contact a dvd pirating watchdog facility here in australia and let them know of my experience.

Big scam!
DVD DONKEY is a big scam... Unfortunately I did not see this web site before I ordered a very hard to acquire dvd set for my father for Christmas... As it turns out, I am having the same experiences as everyone else... The money has been taken out of my account... But, not dvd's have arrived in the mail (now 10 weeks since I ordered!) And no reply to any emails sent!!! I am really upset, if only because my father would have absolutely loved the dvd's for Christmas!
I hope no one else has this horrible experience!

No customer service
The transaction amount was not correct. I tryed to call, e-mail, and live chat, but I was NOT able to contact them. The phone line sens you to message box. The emailes are invalid, and the live chat does not exsist. Please be aware of online scam.

Never received DVD's!
They got FULL payment for my DVD's Ive never received them Ive called left messages and TRIED to contact them through their site and YOU cant even contact them they are blocking email questions TOTAL RIPOFF DO NOT USE THEM!!! DO NOT USE THEM!
