Charged my credit card but received no product.
I ordered a box set of DVD's for my husband. DVD Donkey debited $127.00 out of my account but I never received the product. I was burned by this company. Do not buy from this company; they appear to be a scam.

Paid items never shipped/arrived!
I placed an order through DVD Donkey on October 13, 07. They state that items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks and that they would send me an e-mail confirmation of my purchase. Luckily I printed my invoice from their website at the time of ordering bc I never received an email confirmation. Second, I was quoted: $199.99 for a DVD box set + $31.99 shipping = $231.18. My credit card was charged $238.32 3 days later - that's $7 too much! Finally after four weeks of waiting for my items to arrive I tried calling their 1877# for answers - but every time I've waited on hold and in the end get only an answering machine. I tried sending them a personal e-mail and got no response. I tried sending them a message from their "Contact Us" page (which by the way loads wrong so you can not easily send them a message...coincidence...I dont think so) and got no reply. I also tried contacting them through their 24hr online chat support - and the woman Karen with whom I spoke was of no help whatsoever! I am going to file a complaint with the online Better Business Bureau www.bbbonline.org and anybody else who has had problems with this company should do the same!

Never received product
They charged me for a box set and never sent it. They gave me a tracking number that doesn't exist. Called the post office in Canada and they also told me that it doesn't exist. DVD DONKEY keeps telling me that it shipped and the post office is having the problem with there tracking numbers!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

No goods received
I paid for the complaint series of The Pretender on 3th October. Never received confirmation email for order, never received the goods.
I have tried to contact them by email and it keeps coming back undelivered.

Took my money got no product!
Ordered a box set of DVD's. They charged my credit card MORE than the total and have received no product. There is no way to contact them, the phone number they gave my credit card is fake and their website doesn't take complaints or comments. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Order not received!
I ordered Ed The Complete Television Series On DVD for my finance as a Christmas gift over 6 weeks ago and still have not received my purchase. My checkings account has been charged $117.72 but I still have no product. I have tried e-mailing the company multiple times. It states on their website that they will reply within 34-48 hours and after several attempts I have not gotten a single response.
I also tried talking to someone through their live chat feature but I can never get connected.

Ordered and paid, DVDs have not received!
I have ordered a full set of Ellen Degeneres Sitcom DVD's. Order Number 152452 on October 10, I have been charged for them on my Mastercard, $267.12USD +postage = $303.74 AUD. The DVD's have not been received as yet, I have tried to contact this company by email address provided on their web site for but am unable to send.

Charged me $95.32, sent nothing!
DVD Donkey is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
On 9/16/07 I purchased Karloff's Thriller series for $68.99. DVD Donkey added $19.19 for shipping and then added a surprise fee of $7.14 as a "system charge for processing fee of card," total charge 95.32. They did respond when I asked them about the charges, but then as the weeks dragged on and I sent emails asking when I would receive shipment, they ignored me.
Today is 11/6/07 and I have received no replies to my messages and have received no merchandise. I am disputing the charge via my credit card company.

Order never received!
On Oct. 10th my daughter ordered a DVD set. On Oct. 15th they deducted the bill amount from her account with $31+ dollars for shipping and an extra $7+ dollars unspecified. As if this wasn't enough, we still haven't received the merchandise and we can't seem to get through on the customer service line of which we have so far found 3 different phone numbers for.

No delivery of goods
Paid for a box DVD set of a TV series and nothing has been delivered. Was an online purchase and the money was debited from my credit card. The email they quoted to track the order doesn't exist and you can't contact them from their website. How do these assholes sleep!
