Undelivered Videos
I ordered the DVD Series Walker, Texas Ranger for $249.99 with shipping costs of $31.19 bringing the total price for my order to $281.18 USD. The order was placed on February 12, 2008 and has not been received as of June 2, 2008. My email bounced back querying them about my order and all efforts to contact DVD Donkey via their 213-725-5232 tel. # have gotten absolutely no response. I am livid that these crooks can operate on the Internet and scam so many of us. I hope you do an investigation and bring charges against the appropriate culprits.

Goods not received
I ordered a box set of the Get Smart series on February 1st, 2008. They were very quick to deduct payment from my account, even though they sent emails saying they hadn't yet deducted any money. I have not yet received any goods, the phone number supplied is not connected and they do not reply to email. Does anyone know what further action can be taken against this company as something needs to be done to stop further bogus sales that rip people off.

Fraudulent theft
Have made payment and order to dvd donkey for box set star gate dvd box set order #176490 this company were glad to receive my payment 12/06/07, but have not sent goods they gave a new address called tvaddicts.tv still the same bullsh*t response from them!

Scam and cheating
Ordered dvd on 11/12/07. Received email conformation about the order and email conformation on 12/26/07 informing me that the dvd was shipped. Credit card was charged and i got a canada post tracking number to track the order. As of today 6/1/08, i have not received any packages from dvddonkey. The emails that i have sent them regarding my order have not be answered.

Never refunded!
Ordered 120.00 worth of DVD's and never received my product. A third party customer service company called DVD Express said I was refunded which I never was.

Paid for product never received!
Ordered a set of DVD's in Dec of 2007 they took money right of way! I have never received product or any communication except for a note saying back ordered. Almost 6 months ago.

scammed
In December 2007, I ordered and paid for boxed sets of movies that I never received. When I call the number listed to contact them or when I send e-mails enquiring where my order is, they tell me it's on back order.

Took my money, never gave me my product
I spent over $100.00 ordering a box set and the company never sent me the product. I left voicemails, emails, and never heard back. Once I emailed the company notifying them I had contacted the Better Business Bureau the company wrote me saying the DVD was on back order. I emailed the company again and said I had been promised the product two months ago and told it would be available a week from when I had last spoke to a sales rep. I THEN recieved an email that said I was never CHARGED for the product. I sent one in return with an attachment of my bank information showing I HAD been charged and once again never heard anything.
I ordered these in January and it is now almost May.
I am deeply saddened to have spent $100 on something I never received. I feel like I just threw it away!! What a terrible way to run a business.

i paid $143.00 for bj and the bear box set on the 13 december 2007 never recived dvds and can not get response from the donkey
