Non receipt of goods!
I ordered two sets of diagnosis murder in december 2007, I am still awaiting delivery. DVD DONKEY have stopped replying to emails.

Never received items!
I had ordered the Murder She Wrote complete DVD collection for 88.18. I never received the dvds they had said it was on backorder. I called to get my refund and the number was disconnected. I emailed their live chat person and the sent me an email with a new phone number to call. I am still fighting with them to get my refund but if anyone wants the number its 1-800-787-1219. You have to hold a long time before they answer though.

No delivery!
I tried to get a DVD set from DVD Donkey and they were willing to take my money, but were not forthcoming with the goods. They even gave me a tracking number for the Canadian Post. Nothing has arrived. I wish that i had see Complaint Board first.

Paid for and never received DVDs
For a Christmas present I ordered the complete 10 year collection of Beverly hills 90210. It has been four months since I ordered it and still have not received it. I have tried calling the number but it does not work. I have tried e-mailing them but all I get is the same response that my order is on back order. I tried to cancel and refund my order but the site you are supposed to go to does not exist. This was my first time ordering anything online and it will probably be my last because of the horrible experience I have had. I spent $150.00 dollars for nothing but a bunch of e-mails with no response.

Scam and rip off!
I fell victim to the scam of DVD Donkey. My money was debited from my account but product was never received. This is my first step in taking action against those who pry on the consumers. If you are reading this DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
My order was placed in January and the money was debited in January. In February I received an email stating the DVDs were on back order and would be shipped in the upcoming weeks. It is now March and I still have not received any product.

Non existent company!
I hope this is not the same company I made a complaint to before. I purchased The Still Standing series box set from DVD Donkey back in January for $185.00. An email was sent to me a few days later saying that the item was on back order. I became suspicious when several weeks went by and I still never received the merchandise. I emailed the company and they responded that they would not charge my credit card until the merchandise was sent. When I received my next credit card statement, a charge was made for $185.oo. I emailed the company again and they sent an email with a phone number, when I called the number it several times it was just a recording that says that it will connect you to an operator but when you press for that option, it keeps saying that that extension is not available at the time but it does the same thing no matter what time of day you call. I reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau but they said that they could not do anything because they think the company may operate from Canada and uses a fake address, name and number

Did not receive DVD's!
Ordered the "complete gunsmoke series" on Jan 1, 08. Phoned and left a message in mid-Feb, they replied with an e-mail that product would ship within 5-7 days. Still have not received. During searches of the web, have been able to confidently link this website with others in operation - I believe all operated by the same scamming people.

Goods not received!
I ordered a box set for my wife for xmas $150 now 4 months later still no movies all i get is emails saying it is on backorder this company is a fraud. I only wished i had read this site before i ordered.

Fraudulent product!
Ordered Full series Hawaii Five O. Took 3 months to get. It was a 7 year series. DVD's scratched, duplicate programs. series incomplete, numerous error messages on dvd. Failed mid show, no answer from them or the company Ultimate DVD who finally shipped programs. They would not return emails or phone messages. I tried over 100 times to both companies.

This is Yvonne Rice, I accidentally listed MY telephone # and address... You cannot reach DVD DONKEY by my phone and address!! I was scammed too!
