Paid for but never received DVD set!
On December 12, 2007, I ordered a box set for my daughter. Today is 2/14/08 and I have received three e-mails in the last two days stating that my order was on backorder. On 1/10/07, I canceled my order and requested a refund. I received an email a month later stating that they would process my request. The email I received this morning stated that my order was still on backorder and my card had NOT been charged for this yet. The money was taken out of my account on 12/17/07. I have emailed, I have tried to call, nothing works. This is quite a scam site and I cannot believe I fell for it. I will continue to hound them about this but I feel I will never see my money back.

Never received product!
Ordered DVD set in Dec 07, still have not received product! My cc was charged in Dec. I receive multiple emails stating that my product is backordered. When I call it's busy, but if I do get through it rings and eventually a machine (I think - there's just a lot of beeping)picks up. No one returns my calls. I've tried emailing multiple times; no response.

Took money with no goods supplied!
They took money from my account on the 12th November 2007 and i have never received any goods. I am totally gutted and furious!

Never received item!
They send an order number telling you the order has been processed but you most likely won't get anything except your hard earned money taken away from you. IF you receive something it will be a cheap copy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Pass this information on.
They will NOT reply to your e-mails. This is totally a con-artist website.

Never received product!
I placed an order on 12/30, and have received numerous emails stating my item is on back order. Well its been months of emailing them to cancel my order and have not heard back from them yet.

Scam!
My family ordered a DVD box set from DVD Donkey. The money was taken from our account the next day... The box set was NEVER received. The website doesn't give any direct company information (address). Before I made the purchase I searched for any negative reports on DVD Donkey and found none. Clearly by the previous person's report of TV Milk - the company name changes for a reason! On my printed receipt it gave a toll-free number... which is DISCONNECTED. The charge had a phone number on my bank statement 888.788.6455; which is for TV Milk. After going round and round... the mail box is full and I couldn't leave a message!
In looking for DVD Donkey or TV Milk information I found another person that was refered to TV MILK by the website of television network ABC. After reading reports here of people dealing with the run-around for as long as 9 months, I immediately called my credit union, and they are taking care of it from their end... looks like someone is snookering major companies into a ripoff scheme called 'DVDDonkey', 'TVMilk', etc. I just feel sorry for the people who find out the hard way under their next name. There is something to be said for brick-and-morter stores.

Scam service!
I ordered the crossing jordan dvd on the 9th of December last year and still haven't received them. Whenever i ask the question I get told they are still on back order. Some one needs to stand up and do something. This is bull shit this was a present for xmas and we are now at the 13th of February and still nothing...
This is not good enough! I wish I had seen all of these complaints before I had ordered!

No product after months!
This website is a complete scam! I ordered a unique DVD set for a friend for Christmas. The order was placed on December 3rd. My credit card was charged $250 on December 6th and I still do not have the DVD set over a month later. The toll free number goes into an answering machine that is unanswered. Emails have gone unreturned and responses from this company have ceased. Order #: 173814 was never received. I have not heard back from this company in weeks.
