Product never arrived!
BOUGHT COMPLETE SERIES OF JUDGING AMY. The goods never arrived, their computers were always down when live contact was made and they never ever answered my emails. I am now trying to get my money back through VISA!

Product never received!
We ordered DVD of The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles on 1/20/08 and was emailed we received it in 12-14 days of ordering. We try to call the number available on the printed out order and we keep getting the same message saying to call back a few hours later. We've tried to call on different days and we keep getting the same message. Please email us and let us know what we can do... Also, i might add DVD Donkey have taken the money out of our account already and no merchandise received as of yet.

I got riped off $162.00 USD!
On This WebSite I ordered a dvd set of broderick cawfords highway patrol it said 39 dvd set early December, got a e-mail the next day, saying that my credit card was charged $162.00 once a week. I would go on that website in a live chat 2 times with marie and 1 time with someone else and they would tell me it was on back order the last time. I called this number 877-788-7468 and talked to a girl, she said it would be 2 more weeks. It had been 5 weeks on back order all ready + 2 more I told her to cancel my order and she said she had, but it would take 10 to 12 days to receive my refund and I never got a hold of anyone again, when you call that phone number now, you just get a recorded message, saying that wait for the next available person and then it tells you to try back later. I hope someone can do something about this place, it's not fair!

Ordered a set of hard to get dvd's without seeing the complaints. I too have called, emailed without response.

Scammed!
DVD DONKEY screwed me too. I ordered the dean martin roast dvd set over a month ago & received a notice that it was backordered. I've emailed them 6 or 7 times & called 5 times, never got anyone. I tried to call again & their number is disconnected. I'm disputing it with my card company to get my 100.00 back.
Thanks for wasting my time j*rkoffs.

Scam and abuse!
I placed an order with dvd donkey online on 11th december, 2007 for 8 Simple Rules complete TV series on dvd. The payment came out of my credit card on 14th december. When no tracking ir receipt advice came I sent email and the reply said sorry but my ordered had not been filled but was on backorder. Ive tried emailing and phoning subsequently many times but to no avail. I have asked for refund but no reply. I've reported this to my bank who are looking into the matter on my behalf.

Never received response to email!
I placed an order for Christmas then a month later received an email stating the item was backordered and if I did not want to wait just reply to the email and request a refund. I did twice then received an email stating the order shipped and giving me a link to Canada Post with a non existent tracking number. When I called customer service a recording said the number was unavailable.

Canceled product, got no money back!
I ordered the Yes Dear (the first 4 seasons) on DVD, but when I never received a confirmation email that the product has been sent, I contacted them (in "live chat", by the way) and told the people who work for DVD Donkey that I want to cancel my order. They agreed, and acknowledged that the order has been canceled, and that I should get a refund on my money in 5-7 days... Well... NEVER HAPPENED!! Now I'm out almost $70!! I tried to contact DVD Donkey about my problem, but I never got any emails back from them... nor do they have that "live chat" anymore on their website. Figures... THEY ARE A SCAM!! A GREAT BIG SCAM!! I wish there was a GREAT BIG WARNING out there before ANYONE visits DVD Donkey, or any of its counterparts!
If anyone knows how I can file a complaint against them, please leave me an email. Thank you.

Scam and cheating!
DVD Donkey is such a scam. My credit card was charged and i didn't receive my stuff. I just called my credit card and got the charge taken off. This just sucks because my brother would have LOVED the gift. Please do not order from there.
