I bought a box set from donkey dvd and i haven't got anything. They just took my money. Do not trust them.

Scam and cheating!
I ordered a box set dvd of Red Dwarf for my finance. This company took my money out of my account and it has been about two months since the order and I have yet to see a delivery. I can not get in contact with anyone in the company.

Non-receipt of merchandise!
I ordered a Christmas present for my girlfriend in early Dec of 07 and have yet to receive it. The company took my payment.

Bad DVDs!
Ordered complete Murder she Wrote in November 07- -. 15 dvds are faulty. 26 stories are missing or incomplete. I wanted a set that is complete or my money returned. I had live chat about six weeks ago. The lady said she would have a duplicate set of Murder She Wrote sent to me to replace the faulty set I received. She said I would receive Email conformation. So far no E mail. Also no answer from my Email inquires! No communication. Now e mail returned - No communication no live chat.
BAD COMPANY!

Did not receive merchandise!
I ordered a complete set of the GIJOE Cartoon Series for my son for Christmas... in DEC. 2007. I was charged $108 for the 79.99 DVD set, shipping was $20 something. I never received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation until weeks later. The LIVE CHAT they offer is a joke. You'll sit for hours waiting for the operator to answer. From what I understand, the are using that service illegally and it isn't even their operators who answer. There is no contact information on their website. I emailed them several times and finally in late January, I got an email that apologized for my inconvenience (ha). I also got a BOGUS tracking number from them that claimed they had shipped through the Canadian Post. I replied to DVD Donkey's inconvenience email they said and told them I had a bogus tracking number and that I want my money back. It is now February, and still no product and no refund. They use several different names, TO DVD OR NOT TO DVD, DVD HITS, DVD DONKEY, DVD SHOP, and I am sure there are more.

Never received the order!
I, too, never received my order from DVD Donkey. I have sent emails, just to irritate them, daily since the end of Dec. I also go on chat and write w/Nicki. She... assures me that I will get it soon. They wrote me an email offering to give me a refund. I asked for it and they never answered. I should have known it was a fraud just by the way they spelled-they CAN NOT!!!

Never received order!
I ordered a DVD series from them on Dec 17 2007 and have never received any product. My credit card was charged almost $100 and all I receive are e-mails saying that the order is backordered and that I may contact them for a full refund. No one ever answers the phone, returns e-mails or another form of communication. I feel as though I have been robbed!

Please read this if you were ripped off!
If you have been ripped off by this company ~ Call your credit card company or bank right NOW and put the charge in dispute. You only have 60 days from the date the charge was put on your credit card. DVD Donkey, TVAddicts or what ever name they are going by today ! will probably charge your card weeks or months before they ship the product so time is of the essence ! If and when you ever do receive the product it will be a bunch of "bootlegged" crap taped off of the TV and looks like it was packaged in someones garage ! It won't work or episodes will be missing ! Get you money back and turn them it !!
If you have time, please e-mail some of the names below and turn in a complaint. Hopefully some day they will get shut down.

Items not received!
I have just found out through internet sources that dvd donkey are fakes and thats just great!!! I sent 189 bucks via credit card to these scumbags hoping to get a boxset of dvds but so far no replys, no nothing? If anyone is reading this who has a clue what to do to get our money back (or not?) please advise!

Item never received
Paid $188 aus for all 9 seasons of Drew Carey as a christmas present for my brother, keep getting back ordered emails from them. When I email them asking for an approx delay date they send me the same generated email back. Have requested refund but so far nothing. From everything else I have know read on this site, i wish i have this info before my purchase. BEWARE this site is not honest!! I thought it was 2 good to be true, annoyed i didn't listen to myself. So guys please be prepared to lose your money when purchasing from this site as you never know what your going to get, if anything at all!!
Will update if anything actually eventually happens!
