I wish I had researched this outfit before I had placed my order. Just like the other complaints attributed to this site, the product was shipped direct from China. The audio/video quality is so poor my wife had to leave the room while I was testing a few of the disks because of the scratchy audio and background hissing. The video was equally bad. A definite rip off, copyright violation if I have ever saw one. My experience with contacting them is like everyone else's experience as they don't reply to my emails and there is no address associated with the company so returning it is not an option. If you order from these people and pay with a credit card, you do have the option of disputing the charge. It is quite clear on their site that they have a refund policy even though they don't honor it. Complain to your credit card company and see if you can get a chargeback. Mastercard/Visa gives you up to 60 days normally to file a dispute and they almost always side with the consumer. I filed my dispute today and am demanding a full refund including shipping. We'll see how that goes but I'm optimistic. At any rate, even if your beyond the 60 day limit, dispute it anyway. You may be surprised. If enough disputes are submitted, it may be possible to have their card processing priviledges revoked. Good luck!
